The store is deep and keeps going too the further you explore inward. An impressive selection of topics are available. It's an old bookstore but it's got contemporary finds. I was especially pleased with their LGBTQ+ and gender studies sections-- I could read forever and never get through all the books they had! Prices seem to be reliably a hair off MSRP, which is nice considering today's economy. It can be expensive to stay educated! The employees were all quite friendly and eager to assist in helping me find what I was looking for. They also have things like puzzles, journals, planners, calendars, greeting cards, stickers, postcards, and more, along with their own merch of T-shirts, sweatshirts, book bags, mugs, etc.

I found a journal for $4 at another location and was looking for the same one but a different color for my friend. They did have it for $10 and the same one I got for $5. I thought I would ask if the $10 was supposed to be the same price as the $5 one because they were the same exact item just a different color and I was told no, the price is what it is - understandable. I decided not to get it and to adventure back to the first location I seen it for $4. They have a lot of cool stuff but I find that a lot of it is a bit pricer unless you are a member and get the discount. The store was fairly quiet & chill. They are a great selection of books, novelties, toys & etc.

Received what was supposed to be a $100 gift card for Christmas and when I went to use it, the card…read morewouldn't work. My sister had the same problem. After contacting Customer service MULTIPLE times including spending over an hour on the phone after work one night, I got absolutely nowhere. Found out they never even charged the creditcard at time of purchase to load the gift cards. So instead of $200 being charged and loaded onto gift cards the clerk charged the giver $5.44 and loaded $0.00 onto the gift cards. But of course it's been crickets from Barnes And Noble since I notified them of this. They don't actually care to rectify the issue.
