Great selection of magazines and newspapers, and if they don't have it in stock, you can ask to have it special ordered. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and if you're a frequent customer they know exactly what you want so you can be in and out quickly when you're in a hurry! I purchase multiple mags/papers daily which they will set aside in advance if requested. In addition, they have added a beautiful collection of glassware as part of their smoke shop. I was in the market for a pipe as a gift and wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. John, the owner was able to explain the difference between all the varieties of pipes and smoking apparatuses. They even have the original hand made, one of a kind, imported Moroccan "Sebsi" pipes for concentrates, which are quite unusual and hard to find. (My purchase)

Todd In particular (pretty sure that's his name) is always rude and always seems to think I'm stealing??? He instantly starts whispering to the other male employe and they both watch me the entire time. He follows me around the store asking if I'm "still looking" and as soon as pick up an item he asks if he can hold it at the desk for me JEEZ!!!! I've never once stolen in my life and haven't so much as gave this man a funny look. This makes for a really uncomfortable shopping experience for me. Although I love all the products the store has to offer, this has happened multiple times and I'm beginning to opt for the crystal location even though it's a further drive just to keep away from these rude employees.

I found a journal for $4 at another location and was looking for the same one but a different color for my friend. They did have it for $10 and the same one I got for $5. I thought I would ask if the $10 was supposed to be the same price as the $5 one because they were the same exact item just a different color and I was told no, the price is what it is - understandable. I decided not to get it and to adventure back to the first location I seen it for $4. They have a lot of cool stuff but I find that a lot of it is a bit pricer unless you are a member and get the discount. The store was fairly quiet & chill. They are a great selection of books, novelties, toys & etc.

After contacting Customer service MULTIPLE times including spending over an hour on the phone after work one night, I got absolutely nowhere. Found out they never even charged the creditcard at time of purchase to load the gift cards. So instead of $200 being charged and loaded onto gift cards the clerk charged the giver $5.44 and loaded $0.00 onto the gift cards. But of course it's been crickets from Barnes And Noble since I notified them of this. They don't actually care to rectify the issue.

They had all the different versions of the Bible as well as different sizes and different size fonts. Many options. They sell gifts, trinkets, books, art and more. When you buy a bible here they imprint it for free. You can pick the font and color. The Bible I picked had a floral design over the entire cover and at first the woman working said she couldn't do it on the one I picked but when I asked if she could imprint on the back she was able to do it. Customer service was great. They have a parking lot which is nice as well.

There are tons of cards for all occasions so I was very glad to see that as sometimes it's hard to find faith based cards at stores. Given that Easter is almost here it was a great opportunity to get a bunch of cards to mail to family. They also have a Spanish section for bibles which I thought was fantastic as I also can utilize it to get some for family members who only speak Spanish. They have great gift sections and also one for kids. There are a lot of resources for kids in terms of bibles, books, or devotionals as well. Service was great as I got help trying to understand different versions of bibles and which one was a better fit for me. I found the perfect one and they also do free engravings so I was able to get my name engraved in silver which was very special!
