Summertime is meant to be enjoyed with flowers! Check out the choices here at the greenhouse! Oh yeah, there are vegetables as well...

So so fun! I'm 21 years old and I still had an absolutely blast for the Fall Adventure Farm! This is truly a kids wonderland with all of the fun activities they have!

We have been going to this farm and greenhouse for many years. Every time it seems to be larger and more things to check out. We always get our plants for the garden in the spring. All summer we check out the vegetable market to get fresh items. In the fall we get pumpkins and other fall decor for home. A lot of things changed this year but we always felt safe due to their Covid safety procedures.

Waldoch is the perfect farm for picking up some pumpkins and has fun activities for everyone. I went with my sister (no kids) and we had a blast. It was $12 to go through the maze and definitely worth it. Along with the corn maze we had access to a slide, tug of war, and other fun activities. The maze was huge and we spent a good hour going through it. The hayride to the pumpkin patch is free and a beautiful ride through the woods before reaching the patch. There was a good selection of pumpkins both in the patch and the store. All the staff were helpful with questions and the prices were very good. The animals barn included pigs, alpacas, goats and even peacocks. You could purchase various feed for the animals and feed them. There were plenty of photo opportunities throughout whether your looking for a good selfie or a family photo. We didn't try any food, but they had hot dogs and other snacks like kettle corn and chips. It's my new favorite place for pumpkin fun and I will definitely be back and recommend Waldochs to other.

The HUGE looking goose that I have no idea what they are!

What a wonderful experience for families! Your kids will love Waldoch Farm. Parking space are extended for the season. Buy the full day pass and get access to everything on the farm. Come early so your family can enjoy the whole day on the farm. Upon entering the garden area you will purchase tickets in the little sheds. A map of the farm and activities will be provided with a hidden message for the maze. Endless activities for kids of all ages to enjoy. A rope spider web for climbing, large tire swings, race carts course for little kids and older kids, obstacle courses ranging from challenging to easier for all ages, play house, hook the rings activities (this one was tough - unless it's the bigger rings), the big slides...and so much more I can't even name them all. Best part is the farm. There were so many animals from horses, pigs, sheeps, peacocks& more. There was these HUGE goose that everyone was in awe of - I swear they're like almost my size and I'm about 5'1. There are pony rides, veggie cups you can purchase to feed the animals. So bring cash, or you can go inside the garden area to withdraw cash. I thought the hand washing station was so creative. Wish I would've took a picture. But you wouldn't need to wait long! There's plenty of photo worthy stands, including the huge bench that was favored among families. Now, the maze took us about 10-15 minutes. We definitely got lost but found our way. We only went to the small maze, there's also a bigger maze connected in the same field. Along each stop is a letter so you can complete the message on the map. Was a fun experience. Then there's a free hay ride - with no hay - to the pumpkin patch so you can choose your own pumpkin. The ride there and back was about 15 minute total. Along the way are fields of vegetables that was grown on the farm, peppers, peas and etc. Don't worry there's hotdogs, tators, cheese curds and optional drinks if you're in for some treat. I had the cider and it was perfect after a long day here. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. Everything I've mention is just a part of it, there's so much more that I probably didn't talk about but that's why you need to go there to experience it for yourself.

There's no entry fee. There are plenty of areas staged for cute fall photos and a playground area for kiddos with a sandbox. For minimal fees, they offer: apple picking, train rides, and informational tractor rides that provide information about the farm's establishment. There's also a store on site with all sorts of canned goods and tasty baked apple treats. The ambiance was so lovely- relaxed without crowds of people, plenty of parking and beautiful color-changing leaves to appreciate. We enjoyed our visit to Sunrise River and are looking forward to it being an annual family tradition.

They also have bags already prepared if you don't want to pick your own. They have yard games, hayrides but my favorite is the big barn where you can pet the animals. They had donkeys, sheep, baby kittens and bunnies. The store has caramel apples, tons of different homemade jams and salsas, apple cider donuts and other baked goods! They even had life music when I went this past weekend. Parking is super easy. The apple orchard is open Sept-Oct 10am-6pm

It's low-key, no-frills, and exactly the kind of spot with a "a vibe." You can meander through pumpkin fields like you're starring in your own feel-good movie, and the corn maze? Oh, it's a delightful hour-long wander that feels less like getting lost and more like finding your inner peace. The owner-operator is the real MVP--kind, knowledgeable, and clearly someone who knows their gourds from their grain. You'll feel welcomed, not upsold. And the prices? Let's just say they're friendlier than a golden retriever at a tailgate. Cost Breakdown (approx.): 9 pumpkins (including 3 specialty stunners) 3 adult + 1 child corn maze entries Total: $52 That's a steal, folks and kind of rare Bonus Points: Not crowded during MEA (Minnesota's fall break) Plenty of parking A few charming photo ops--perfect for capturing memories or just proving to your group chat that you do, in fact, leave the house.

It's not massive or frantic like some of the big-name places (yes, Severs, we're looking at you), and best of all: admission is free. Now, if you're a die-hard corn maze enthusiast, you might want to look elsewhere. This place skips the maze madness--and honestly, that's a win. Corn mazes are often overpriced and overhyped (still looking at you, Severs). And petting zoos? Also not here. They tend to be germy, full of animals that are prone to bite, and they'll soak you for the cost of the feed. Hard pass. No pig races either. No long lines. Just simple, cheap fun. It's the icing on the pumpkin cake So if you want to make joyful memories with your kids, wander through pumpkin fields, and soak up the season without the stress of a State Fair vibe, you're in the right place. What Free Admission Gets You: --A fresh corn pit (changed out yearly--unlike the dusty ones at larger venues) --Playground with slides, swings, large sandboxes, and rocking horses --Tons of photo ops for the whole family Extras: --Face painting --Specialty coffees and indoor snacks --Food trucks, mini donuts, snackable items (large iced coffee with cream was $3.5) A wide selection of reasonably priced gourds, field pumpkins, and large potted mums; also offer indian corn, rushes, hand-painted pumpkins and hay rides in October. Prices: Small gourds: $1.50 Medium fancy: $5 Any field pumpkin: $6 LARGE potted mums: $20 Full-size straw hay bales: $8 The pumpkins are impressively grown--many are flawless and some are downright huge. You won't have to search far to find your perfect pick. Just note: this was the last weekend of September, so selection may thin out as Halloween approaches but boy they have a lot of pumpkins. Final Touches: --Friendly staff --Clean porta-potties --Handwashing station with real running water and soap --Dogs welcome (on leash) This is the kind of fall magic we can all get behind that won't break your bank.
