Read the GOOGLE reviews before me this is t this salons first time in doing this. I came in Tue Nov. 5 at 12pm for a dimensional blonding with money pieces all was agreed on and my stylist Kali seemed pretty confident. After I was done she said it would look better outside due to the lighting and it would lighten up over time. I paid $400 and left thinking it was fine, 30mins later I notice my roots aren't blended and half my head has more highlights than the other so I texted her right away asking to come back in she said she already left for the day and to try to come in NEXT WEEK so I called the salon and they scheduled me for the next day with her (which I thought was weird cause I assumed she was booked until next week) (she's not booked at all checked her availability for the next week) so that made me even more uncomfortable going in for a fix. I called this morning and asked if I came in instead of getting it fixed if I could have a partial refund and she said they don't do refunds on services already completed and she wouldn't need to see my hair. I explained that even if I came in, I still wouldn't want it fixed that I would feel more comfortable going somewhere else and she basically just said all they could do is try to fix it. So I texted Kail on instagram explaining very nicely that I'm pretty sure we both can agree it's nothing like the inspo pictures and it's definitely not her best work and included more picture. SHE LEFT ME ON READ replied later basically saying good luck finding a new stylist lol

I absolutely love Three Arrows Salon!! It's located in old town Silverdale. The waterfront park is a short walk away. It's really fun and relaxed environment. That is one of the reasons I've been coming here since it opened. Each stylist is unique and very talented. The ladies are sweet and welcoming. This friendliness only adds on to your experience at the salon. Michelle is my regular stylist. I've been her client for about 16 years (probably longer). She is incredibly amazing at what she does! My hair is extremely dark black and thick. Here is a list of some of the styles I rocked over the years: hair cuts and bangs of many different lengths and layers, body wave perm, highlights, balayage, oil slick (purples, pinks, turquoise, yellow, green) purple/silver, reds, copper and she got my hair really light blonde after after multiple sessions. I always leave the salon feeling ecstatic about how I look!! Between my friends, my kids and I; we have seen all the stylist there. So, you can go wrong by picking who ever has an opening.

Cute, minimalist salon in a great location. Deja is an amazing stylist! She will know what your hair needs are and works with you to make your vision come to life. Super knowledgeable and talented colorist! Always leave her chair loving my hair :) I highly recommend visiting this spot!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! DONT WALK ...RUN AWAY! Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. I went in with auburn balayage and hated the warmth. Had sent pictures and showed pictures to the stylist of what I wanted which was a dark base and if possible some of the lighter parts maybe make lighter as peekaboo underneath. She said not a problem. 1.5 hours later we were done. I mentioned it looked light still and she said it was the light in the salon ((has yellow glow))and toner. Give it a week and it would change. Well here we are 11 days out and it looks worse than when I went in. I messaged the stylist and she said she would redo which honestly I lost faith in her. So I asked for a refund to return to my old stylist out of town. She said okay and gave me her manager name. I sent all the same information to Michelle (co-owner). Sent pictures with time stamps from day 1 to day 11. Explained I was going Monday to my old lady to have this mess fixed and requested a refund. She replied with "no refunds for services rendered". You all look at the before and after and explain what services I got... then it was followed up with she can redo my hair for free. Sorry but you screwed it up once I'm not going to return. Michelle then said "my stylist worked hours on her interpretation of what I wanted". It was a dark base. Last I checked it wasn't that difficult. Needless to say I gave them the choice to correct the situation with a refund and they refused so here's the blunt honest review y'all get. Picture attached : Left: what I came in with Middle: what I asked for Right: what I got As you can see services were NOT rendered.

Melonie did my hair and I loved it! I met with her first for a consultation. At that time she suggested I start using a hair mask so that my hair was healthy for the color. The hair mask was a bit pricey but worth it! The hair mask made my hair smell good and my hair was so healthy after. Melonie was so kind and really made my hair beautiful. It was a natural look from the brassy blonde I had before. I would highly recommend her.

So uneven and butchered. I haven't even been able to wear my hair down or style it because how horrible it turned out.

Extremely disappointed with the haircut I received. I asked for a very basic trim with side swept bangs keeping as much length as possible because I just wanted a trim to get the dead ends off. I left with butchered, uneven hair. In the picture you can see how uneven the haircut is. I am rating two stars because Jill, who cut my hair, was very nice and friendly, I just received a horrible cut hence the bad rating. I called and spoke to management and was told they "only give refunds if they hurt you" which was very strange to hear considering how unhappy I was with the cut. I was told I could come in to fix the haircut but I don't trust it to be butchered up even shorter so I declined. Cheap service calls for cheap quality cuts I suppose! I would not recommend going here. I also have a friend who went in for a color the following week and her hair came out extremely bronzed when she was getting an ashy blonde. They also spilt hair dye all over her legs and arms which is extremely unprofessional.

I got a hair cut with Deja. She was friendly and naturally talented. Thankful to find a new salon that is beautiful and an artist that does great work! Will be back!

As a hair stylist from Florida I HIGHLY recommend Three Arrows. I am a little taken a back that I found Deja on my first shot when I moved to silverdale. I got literally EXACTLY what I asked for. So happy with my choice of who to see. I also had a change to see another stylist at work and her clients came out with AMAZING hair also. Five stars all around!

I mostly chose this…read moreplace due to the convenience of scheduling an appointment online, but the reviews were also promising. The lady who trimmed my hair did a decent job and was nice. My review, however, is for an atrocious experience I had with the owner, Brandi Wilson. My sister's first time at Envy didn't go as well as mine. Someone there attempted a balayage that... Well, let's just say she's had to spend hundreds of dollars correcting at other salons. Unsure of how the refund process works, she took me with her to speak with the manager about it. Ms. Wilson was with a client when we walked in. Awkwardly, my sister had to explain her situation while Ms. Wilson washed another lady's hair. She barely looked at us and acted like we were an annoying distraction from her work. Nevertheless, my sister kindly explained that the stylist didn't use the freehand painting technique that one uses for a proper balayage. Instead, she used foils from root to tip, all over, which resulted in chunky highlights that didn't naturally blend in. It was not a balayage in any way, shape, or form. (Picture attached.) Ms. Wilson saw that picture and didn't see anything wrong with it. She responded, first, with a lecture on what balayage is in an effort to discredit us - with misinformation, no less. She said balayage "isn't necessarily a technique" - no, it is a technique. That's literally what it is, what makes it special in the first place - the unique application. The more she talked about it, the more ignorant and patronizing she came across. She told us we have to talk to the stylist and that she could give us the stylist's number. All well and good. But then she left us standing there and continued picking apart my sister's complaint. She kept saying unhelpful, inflammatory things like, "Well if you'd talked to [the stylist] first maybe she would've fixed your hair for free." I don't know if she was in a bad mood or what, but she wanted to argue. Understandably I was irritated by this, but I stayed calm. I said we didn't want the original stylist to fix my sister's hair. Ms. Wilson acted like she had been personally attacked. She raised her voice and became visibly angry, demanding, "What do you want me to do?" I tried to say we just wanted the stylist's number but she kept talking over me. It made us very uncomfortable, so I had to tell her to chill. She seriously needed to calm down; there was no need for her to get defensive and escalate the situation. Instead, she lost it. She started yelling. She told us to leave before she called the police. She shouted, and I quote, "Exit my fricken business!" I was beyond done and going to leave, but we still needed the stylist's number for a refund. So I asked her, calmly, "Could you please give us [the stylist's] contact information?" I thought it was a reasonable request. Still enraged, she snapped, "You know what? Find it online." (We have this exchange on video, by the way.) Admittedly I did call her a name right before I left, but it was my only act of aggression in the whole mess and, frankly, she deserved it after the way she treated us. I will be doing what Ms. Wilson said and staying out of her "fricken" business for good. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Envy as well. There are better salons in the area that are professional, friendly, and highly skilled - Tease and Ross Michaels comes to mind. Ms. Wilson needs to work on basic customer service skills because this does not bode well for any business. As the owner you represent your entire salon, your staff - even if they are independent contractors. You need to treat customers with care and respect. Don't be condescending. Don't make excuses. A little empathy goes a long way. Doing a little research on balayage wouldn't hurt, either.

In fact, in was arguably worse, because I paid more money for the service. To start, I do want to acknowledge that everyone at this salon is kind and engaging, and the environment is always clean. However, the cuts and styling are always the same... no matter the photo I bring - or the specific requests I make... I always leave with the same look. If it wasn't so frustrating, it would be comical. And while my cut and style are never truly awful (hence the reason I find myself coming back), they are also never truly amazing. Unfortunately, this visit I was also subjected to my stylist sharing very intimate details of her life with me for the entirety of the service, which I do not always mind, but it was a a lot (when I had my own stuff going on). I know I should have utilized better boundaries in regards to the oversharing and my dissatisfaction with the cut, but I was just too tired to negotiate an awkward conversation (especially when I just wanted an hour of ease and pampering). Bottom line: Gene Juarez will probably offer you a decent, cookie cutter style by an engaging stylist in a clean, bright environment. I have certainly had worse experiences, but...
