Hi, this is a review on the Henna tattoos offered by this salon as well as the salon managements lack of customer service and integrity. I am also a business owner that provides beauty services, so I write this review looking from both the consumer and service providers perspective. I went in on June 28th for a Henna tattoo for which I was excited. The woman asked me if I had a design in mind and I showed her a couple options and asked her to do a variation of that. She did my tattoo, I thought everything was fine (you can't see the details of henna until it has dried and flakes off), I tipped 20%, and went about my business assuming that everything was in order. Later that evening when the henna had flaked off completely I noticed sloppy lines that were not even and were over drawn in places where they were meant to end. It looked very sloppy and something I or more 8 year old could've done a neater job at. I'm not sure what the artist issues were that day but it was a seriously amateur and sloppy work. I returned to the salon to speak with the manager, show her the botched tattoo, and request a refund. I showed her and she acknowledge the sloppiness of the work and offered to have the same artist fix the mistakes. I declined that solution as I did not want the person to add more sloppy work to the already botched design. I asked her if she could remove the henna but she said no. I asked for a refund and she told me she would have to double check with the owner and would contact me back. I was leaving the country that afternoon for my trip so I gave her an email address. The next day I received a email stating they would not refund me because i should have requested one of their designs. First they asked me to show them what I wanted. Second, I was aware that it might not be exactly like the design I showed. Third, the design was not the problem, it was the sloppiness (which was acknowledge by the lady manager). I am also a beauty service provider and my policy is the customer is right and deserves to have quality work, in the event that they are not satisfied then I issue a full refund because my goal is to please. I you would like to take a chance here just know that the henna is mediocre at best and the customer service is poor and only concerned with making a pick at your expense. Henna material cost can't be more than $5, probably less. I paid $72, they could have at least offered a pa partial refund. read more

This place was really outstanding for a very affordable price. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The facial that I received was the deluxe facial which was extremely soothing since they included a back massage and arm massage along with a full face facial. I have went to a few salons around this area, but the results were especially exquisite at this salon. My skin was glowing for about a week after this facial. The day after this facial I went to a party and got compliments from everyone about how great my skin looked. Really impressed by the results I received at the salon. I will take my time to write a review because this brand new salon is an amazing place! It also has a bonus play area for kids. When I walked into the salon, the workers greeted me a huge smile on their faces! Secondly, Aicha did my eyebrow and face threading beautifully. I usually end up with nicks and cuts but my face was smooth like a baby after the service. These guys also give you a face massage after the service that makes you feel real good! Literally love this place, My eyebrows are really thick so a lot of places I have gone to in the past have a field day on my face and do too much leaving my eyebrows shapeless and thin. Not only does she do a good job, but her prices are so fair and she has excellent customer service. I am a student so I am always looking for quality at a reasonable price, and I found that once I started to come to this salon. I get my waxes, and eyebrows done here. After having a bad experience at different waxing salon I wanted to try out this salon as I found them on Groupon, very friendly and skillful staff. Very clam environment, Waxing was almost pain free and she did a very thorough job! Great! I loved that she dint rush me and took her time with so much patience.Prices are very reasonable,I went there for Brazilian wax and I added an full leg $40 and eyebrow threading $12 definitely worth it! I've been coming here for the past couple of months and have had a wonderful experience. The owner, Ayesha, used to do my service, and she was fantastic. However, her schedule changed, and she is here a few days a week now, so another employee provides the service. Nobody can beat their threading and waxing services. Staff is very socialble. The tall one with long dark hair is very nice professional and always keeps me in the loop if I am waiting too long. I love how the massage chairs work.
