I don't think I have gotten consistently good brows from one place ever. I remember the first time I went and somehow had a bald spot on my right eyebrow (before she worked on me. She was careful not to take too much off. By the time I came back the second time, I was fine. But she remembers what I like every time! Usha is convenient because she's close to my gym and work. Whatever you do, don't get a membership from them. Once you are a member, they keep making excuse to avoid scheduling your appointments. Anytime I called for an appointment Bikash forced me to go there during work hours. Having more customers now, Usha's work quality has lowered dramatically as she only tries to get customers going as fast as possible. Multiple times, she left patches of hair. Every time I got my eyebrow done, she peeled the skin and left marks. When I raised these concerns with them and asked them to cancel my membership, Bikash's answer was "yes cancel, we have so many members we don't need you". These people are not asking for your business and they don't deserve it. read more

I'm so happy I've found Usha! I'm from nyc so paying $16 for eyebrows is steep but that seems to be standard here and Usha is definitely worth it! She was able to tell me what I need to do in between visits to get the desired shape I want and even showed me how to pencil in my brows! Just had my second threading from usha today and she is wonderful!! I am a stickler when it comes to my eyebrows... and I usually drive all the way to San Jose to get mine done but I have finally found my go-to SF threading salon! She charges $16 for threading which is reasonable especially for being located in San Francisco, let alone in the marina district. She remembered me even though my first threading appointment was almost two months ago... which I was pleasantly surprised about. Nice to know that she really does make an effort to know her clientele. After she finished threading my brows she even recommended and advised me how to grow out my brows to achieve the maximum "on fleek" eyebrows. Usha is a lifesaver. I came by for my first appointment a few months ago with uneven eyebrows, thanks to an unfortunate experience at a different threading salon. Usha was honest and said that fixing my eyebrows would take a few months and be an incremental process, however, she'll try to do her best to make my eyebrows as even as possible on the initial appointment. After the first appointment, my eyebrows looked much better and now, a few months later, they look amazing. Usha consistently does a great job and is super detail-oriented. She checks and re-checks her work to make sure that there are no strays left behind and does not rush you out unlike other salons.
