She listens to my preferences for how I liked my brows ie. even out my eyebrows, keep them thick, and to essentially clean up the area around my eyebrows. Wow, what an amazing experience! I'm new to town and needed to find a new go to person to get my brows done. So glad I found Usha. I was running late to my appt and they were able to accommodate my last minute rescheduling due to bus issues. When I went to the appt, she was so friendly and informative. Usha is GREAT! You know that saying your eyebrows are sisters not twins? Well, if you keep going to Usha they will probably end up looking like twins. She is really particular about having both eyebrows be the same shape. She takes her time to make sure that they look right and also tells you what part you need to make sure to grow out so that they can be perfect. She's also a really friendly person who is easy to talk to. Most places get you in the chair and out but it's not like that with her. She takes her time, is patient and does an excellent job. Terrible terrible terrible service. I went for the first time and Usha started pointing out all the problems with my eyebrows and started telling me they're uneven. She proceeded to say it'll be "difficult" for her to shape the eyebrows and made it sound as if she'll take more than one sitting to get my eyebrows threaded. When I told her I normally just get my eyebrows done at other places and they just clean and shape it slightly without any issue, she got mad and refused to do my eyebrows. She did one of my eyebrows really nice but the other she completely went into my microblading tint and thin the eye it might have not been the same shape of the other one but she completely ruined it!
