Really good work. Stopped going only because I moved away from that area. But she was always sweet and attentive.

Had a horrible experience while getting my eyebrows done. She rushed through it, and have me multiple cuts that caused the whole area under my eyebrows to swell up the next day. Worst threading experience I've ever had. She also gave me flat eyebrows when I asked for a slight arch. read more

She listens to my preferences for how I liked my brows ie. even out my eyebrows, keep them thick, and to essentially clean up the area around my eyebrows. Wow, what an amazing experience! I'm new to town and needed to find a new go to person to get my brows done. So glad I found Usha. I was running late to my appt and they were able to accommodate my last minute rescheduling due to bus issues. When I went to the appt, she was so friendly and informative. She advise me which areas to grow out/stop plucking. I've never had anyone tell me that before so I'm very grateful for the advice on how to get my brows looking great for my face. Plus it was the LEAST painful threading I've ever gotten, I almost didn't feel it. I'm used to it feeling like tiny paper cuts. Worst customer service. After going every few weeks for 6+ months, I missed a single appointment due to an emergency. Explained it was due to said emergency, but they had 0 empathy and insisted I should have contacted them even while at the hospital. My eyebrows are naturally asymmetrical, but I'm always happy with how symmetrical they look after Usha works her magic on them. She's very friendly, and her threading process is quick yet thorough. Usha is GREAT! You know that saying your eyebrows are sisters not twins? Well, if you keep going to Usha they will probably end up looking like twins. She is really particular about having both eyebrows be the same shape. She takes her time to make sure that they look right and also tells you what part you need to make sure to grow out so that they can be perfect. Terrible terrible terrible service. I went for the first time and Usha started pointing out all the problems with my eyebrows and started telling me they're uneven. She proceeded to say it'll be "difficult" for her to shape the eyebrows and made it sound as if she'll take more than one sitting to get my eyebrows threaded. When I told her I normally just get my eyebrows done at other places and they just clean and shape it slightly without any issue, she got mad and refused to do my eyebrows.
