The Nashville hot chicken bao bun is my go to every single time. Perfectly crispy, spicy, flavorful, & just unreal in that soft bao bun. And the crispy brussel sprouts... honestly, they're to die for. I could three whole orders by myself without blinking. Tom was extremely friendly and the best part of our interaction was the fact that him and the owner worked together prior and came up with this masterpiece of an idea to open up shop In the heart of Patchogue. I started off with their popcorn chicken, so flavorful with a mega crunch! But you have to dip it in their house sauce! It's the cherry on top. The baos were moist and delicious especially when you dip them in their bao sauce. I got the 2 bao combo that came with 2 baos of your choice, fries and a soda. Their fries are probably the favorite, they're the perfect combination of peppery and salty! Both a plus! The first bao was their Nashville chicken. Sweet and savory chicken in their soft bao bun topped off with some pickles. Packed with flavor! Second i chose the sweet heat bao. Probably my favorite out of all of them haha! Even Tom told me I made a great decision haha! Sweet and savory chicken with their house garnish of carrot and cabbage! Oh myyyyy it was delightful, wish I ordered 3 of each!
