They lied about adding implants and a whole bunch of other services, that cost me more than 3 thousand OOP.I was in pain for whatever they did. The bridge feels like a truck in my mouth. When they called to schedule another appointment, I told them how I was feeling. She nevered a sympathetic word or asked me to come in. They kept calling to get my insurance. I was a loyal patient of Dr. O'Keefe for 15 years until he retired and sold his practice to Dr…read more Gray. Despite warnings about the new management, I decided to stay with the practice. Unfortunately, those warnings turned out to be absolutely right. For the past three years, Dr. Gray's office has consistently overcharged for routine procedures and added unnecessary services that insurance wouldn't cover--fluoride treatments for $50+, excessive x-rays, and more. Before the transition, I was never charged beyond my insurance coverage for standard bi-annual cleanings, but that changed immediately under Dr. Gray's practice. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because my hygienist, Sandy, and Dr. Newman were still there. Both were professional, honest, and trustworthy--but they've now left the practice, which speaks volumes. On my last visit in February 2025, I was pressured to get additional x-rays despite recently having a panoramic x-ray (only needed every five years) and two sets of bitewings due to a recent root canal. When I questioned this, I was falsely told that I hadn't had x-rays since 2022. When I declined and explained I was only there for a routine cleaning, they claimed the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners wouldn't allow them to proceed without x-rays--an outright lie. Under Dr. O'Keefe, I was never forced into unnecessary x-rays. Frustrated by the dishonesty, I canceled my appointment and left. I was already fed up with the overcharging and deceptive practices, but what ultimately compelled me to write this review was discovering that they had the audacity to resubmit billing for my August 2024 root canal--despite the fact that I received no treatment that day. Thankfully, my insurance company caught the duplicate charge, making me question how often they've billed for services never rendered. On top of all this, the turnover in staff is alarming. Longtime employees have left, and the new front desk staff lacks professionalism. Daisy, who handles payments, is especially rude. I strongly urge you to avoid this dental office. The deceptive billing practices, unnecessary procedures, and lack of integrity make it clear that this office prioritizes profit over patient care. Stay far away!

I can't recommend this dental office enough!…read more My children have been seeing Dr. Harpavat since my oldest was just 2 years old. After we moved to Sienna, I tried taking them to a local pediatric dentist for convenience. That visit was a huge disappointment--they recommended multiple fillings and other procedures for my daughter that didn't seem right. I decided to drive the 30+ minutes back to this office, and I've never looked back. Dr. Harpavat is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She never recommends unnecessary treatment and always takes the time to explain her recommendations. As a parent, that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Even more impressive, my kids actually love going to the dentist! I certainly don't remember feeling that way as a child, and I think that says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment she has created. As a microbiologist and scientist myself, I value evidence-based, ethical healthcare providers. I trust Dr. Harpavat completely with my children's dental care. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lankford, who has been my dentist. Years ago, I suffered an injury that fractured my front tooth and damaged several lower teeth. Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. His skill, honesty, and attention to detail are exceptional. Both Dr. Harpavat and Dr. Lankford are dentists I trust completely. They are knowledgeable, ethical, conservative in the best way, and genuinely care about their patients. Even though we now live in Sienna, it's absolutely worth the drive to continue seeing them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care for both children and adults.

I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist.
