This dental practice is great. I started looking for a new dentist because I could never get an appointment in a timely manner at my old dentist & I needed closer follow up. Since becoming a patient for a little over a year now, I can honestly say I've had a 5 star experience and no trouble at all with scheduling. I'm almost hesitant to leave a positive review because if the practice gets too busy then people will take all the appointment times that work for me! But I won't be selfish. ;-) I started invisalign with Dr. Stapleton right before the pandemic, probably in early March 2020. Of course, a pandemic was not an ideal time to start a process like this - because I would have to stick my hands in my mouth several times a day to remove the invisalign before eating and needed make more frequent in-person dentist visits to assess the invisalign progress - but that's how 2020 happened. During the early months of the pandemic with everyone's schedules upended, Dr. Stapleton went above and beyond and was flexible to work with me so that I could continue to get the dental care I needed with my invisalign. Going on 8 months later and after multiple in-person visits during the pandemic, I will tell you the office staff takes COVID-19 safety measures seriously and I have not gotten COVID. The dentist and all staff wear a mask at all times and the office visits are quick, which minimizes the time I'm there. As a healthcare professional myself, I have high (HIGH) expectations whenever I am in the role of a patient and am seeking healthcare and I have found Dr. Stapleton and his staff to be courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a tooth ache...so I made an appointment at westchase dental...and there I was met with a very professional Dr. Stapleton to assess my situation...he gave me an honest diagnosis about my dilemma which was great because I'm a weak individual when it comes to pain...lol...anyway the doctor was gentle when dealing with my gums which for me is critical because my gums tend to be inflamed a lot...thank GOD I didn't need surgery ...just antibiotics also, the same day I got a cleaning from Kelly...and let me tell everyone...she is worth her weight in gold...I am terrified of going to the dentist office and getting my teeth cleaned because of my sensitive teeth and gums....and Kelly is far superior to any dental assistant I've ever let clean my teeth... I recently came to MDRN dental for a checkup and cleaning. I did my research in searching for a dentist in my area and loved their website and the way they answered my questions over the phone. The lady that answered the phone was very compassionate and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and told me about how the first visit would go. During my first visit, I met Kelly and Dr. Stapleton. They are both true professionals and treated me so great. Kelly cleaned my teeth while I was watching HGTV! She was so gentle! Afterwards, Dr. Stapleton came in and explained a few procedures that are needed to fix a couple cavities. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I am writing this review because Dr. Stapleton is seriously one of the best. He is very gentle, funny, and very thorough when it comes to his work. He found things that my other dentist missed for 5+ years. I am very grateful. The times I have been here have all been wonderful. I come in and am checked in immediately, it is never crowded, there is never a wait. The whole appointment is one-on-one, the doctor is not shuffling patients like other places I've been to. He is great at shots too, which helps a ton. His staff are great, very nice people. I recommend this practice to all my friends and family. My husband and I have been patients for years with the retired Dr. Wolters prior to Stapleton. I miss some staff, but Stapleton and his team made it a smooth transition with a modern vision of services. The office has open communication including finance arrangements. I recently had zoom teeth brightening with adding bonding to even the smile. I am a very pleased customer.. and could not believe how the bonding was so fast, easy, and pain-free. The staff and Dr. Stapleton at MDRN Dental are second to none. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years when I started my treatments at MDRN Dental . The list of things I needed to have fixed was long and included extractions, root canals and general treatment. I highly recommend MDRN dental. I went for my first visit 2 weeks ago and felt so welcomed. I went in because I was having wisdom teeth pain so I had plenty of questions.
