Everyone is very professional and the practice is absolutely spotless. Even though we've moved about 30 minutes away from this practice, we still make the drive to come here. Fast forward, I moved to Texas, and now I'm at the doctor's because my face is swollen, and on to the Berkeley Eye Center. I'll spare you the rest. So now, I have the kindest woman named Sherri on the phone, who I consider a friend now. She told me to come on in, she'll send the paperwork through email, and she'll see me at two. The patient is placed in a recliner until they are ready to be taken back into the back where the magic happens. After nodding off H had to be wakened & taken into one of the operating rooms. Once he was settled I went back to the waiting room & since there were no other patients I snagged a recliner. The place is kept cold so wear a jacket & layers. I fell asleep & when woken up someone had put a blanket on me. Awwwww, just like mom used to do. The doctors are specialists & know what they are doing.
