We felt no need to rush in looking at the car, we were feeling forced into anything or pushed to purchase, paperwork and all our questions was a smooth process as well. Justin let us just take our time, he didn't hover, and was so friendly and not pushy. We then discovered the seat won't move up and down so I texted him to ask about it, they said bring it on in, now the part is ordered and it's getting fixed free of cost. He is honest and humble, knows his cars and how to pick out quality cars. The car I got was in prime condition. I noticed what I thought might be an issue w a recall but it turned out to be nothing and an older issue just as he said it was. I got a unicorn of a car and deal here. He went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my car, coming in on his day off, always responsive to my calls, working with the added hoops we had to jump through w my financing. He went the extra mile to make sure small things were fixed on an as is car, he offered to pick me up to deliver the car, and got the car gassed up and all ready for me. Wanted to provide some feedback after recent service on my 2021 Venza…read more Received several recommendations for items that "Requires Immediate Attention" on my multi-point inspection form". It appears that 3 are items that must be on a Kendall recommended service (ie: Dealer Money Maker) that is above and beyond the Toyota Maintenance Intervals. It appears that all 3 were for items that likely were not even manually checked / observed at the time of service. As an example, the cabin air filter was listed as needed replacement, even though it was replaced by me recently, and after checking it again today, appears to be brand new. I've lost a LOT of respect for Kendall dealer maintenance, and their recommendations.
