Auto Kings has a service department that inspects their cars and performs oil changes, filters, etc. and they prepared my Range Rover for my 800 plus miles home. This Range Rover was a one owner vehicle from Las Vegas, and Auto Kings often finds good, rust-free vehicles from Nevada shipped to Oregon. I wired the funds for the vehicle, priced at a reasonable, "no haggle" price and communication was easy throughout the process. Over the week after purchase, Austin, Derrick, Anna, Roz and Koby were incredibly helpful. Koby offered to arrange shipping but a trip to Oregon sounded like a fun weekend trip. My son and I made a father-son road trip through some of the most beautiful landscapes and forests in the country. Upon arrival, Koby met me with two sets of keys in hand at their new, beautiful facility. Modern, clean and filled with beautiful cars and trucks... On the way home we toasted the Santorini Black Beauty at Coppola Winery. That said, I've had no issues with the truck except the tailgate. It is flakey and chooses when it wants to open. Since Kendall bought out Roberson, the service is crap! I scheduled my truck to be serviced weeks in advance for the tailgate issue. I drop it off in the morning and they say electrical issues might take time. I give them the ok for overnight.... The next day, by mid day, I start calling. I can't connect with anyone. Finally after demanding result, I get a text message saying call this number. It doesn't work, I leave a message and finally, we're able to connect. They say they have been trying to call me for 24 hours, though I have no record of a call. I call the manager of the store.... I told him that though I can call them, nobody can call me... he says, let me call you back to test that. I received no response. I tried to call them back several times. No response. I called the corporate office, no response. I've dropped 200k with that dealership! Not a dime more. Kendall blows!
