Loved our experience here. No pushy sales tactics, just straight-forward honesty. Donnie was great to work with. Highly recommended!

When we pulled up and before we were even out of the car, Davis popped out of the building ready to help us in our search. We were interested in new CRV's and HRV's and decided to test drive both. We found The One, a beautiful 2026 CRV EX-L, loaded with all the bells, whistles and latest tech. Davis was super professional and had ALL the answers to our many questions. While we were there for hours and getting tired, Davis made this experience seamless and very easy, walking us through the process every step of the way. I came to find out that Davis had only been employed at Bend Honda for 3 months and that he was new to the car business. Could have fooled me, he seemed like a pro to us! Mom loves her new car and she'll probably be calling you soon to get a further rundown on some of those bells and whistles. Thanks Davis!!

Went to buy another truck else where called them sent them everything as well told them what happened at this place and they immediately offered to match the 22.5k AND LESS interest rate! Sucks that this Honda place goes back on their word and missed out on an already good deal for them.

A service representative assisted me in getting what I needed to get some warranty repairs done. I was able to get it from the California dealer I purchased the SUV from. Please consider before getting work done at Team Kia of Bend…read more We took our 2016 Kia Sorento to Team Kia of Bend for maintenance. We spent $1,600 on some simple repairs, including an oil change, replacing filters, and repairing the seat heater. After picking up the vehicle, we drove only about five miles before the engine failed. We had the vehicle towed back to the dealership because we believed the issue might be related to the service that had just been completed. Initially, Team Kia of Bend told us that this type of engine failure is common on these vehicles and attempted to have the repair covered under Kia's engine recall program. When Kia Corporate denied the claim, the dealership changed its explanation and told us the engine failure was the result of years of inadequate maintenance on our part. We understand that engines can fail and that no vehicle lasts forever. However, our Sorento had only 120,000 miles, had been a reliable vehicle up to this time. The timing of the engine failure--just five miles after the dealership completed the service--makes this situation extremely difficult to accept. To make matters worse, Team Kia of Bend has informed us that they intend to sell our vehicle through a lien sale unless we pay an additional $400 in charges. After already spending $1,600 on service and now losing a vehicle that was running when we brought it in, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. What made it even worse was how we were treated by Team Kia of Bend. The service manager was dismissive, rude, and made us feel as though our concerns were a joke. We are not looking for special treatment--only fairness, accountability, and consistent communication.

Don't get me wrong it is a great dealership with service just be ready to open your pocket book. It is not like it use to be and pay some money to have some one work on your vehicle. We use to love taking the vehicle in to get worked on. Anymore it is sad we don't take it in because of pricing. It is sad we have gotten to the point where you can't just take your vehicle in cause you don't want to work on it. Now it's you either work on it or you won't get it fixed do too you can't afford the part. This is coming from a guy who watched a YouTube video and changed his radiator in the parking lot after buying the tools.

Terrible dealership. I wish I could take back my purchase and buy elsewhere due to their service…read moredepartment. Brought my vehicle in a week before warranty expiration. Of the six items that needed repair their service department looked for reasons to deny rather than fix or even try to replicate the problem. For instance, the factory horn that can be seen thru the front grill on a Wrangler 392 appears to be rusted. Went back and forth with the service advisor on how that's a factory horn and he kept on insisting that its aftermarket. After many times going back and forth, turns out the plastic cover on the factory horn came off and exposed metal - still can't get an answer why this isn't covered under warranty. 2) the vehicle came with half-doors and soft top uppers along with factory full doors (Jeep). The factory soft top upper doors began leaking and leaving about 1-2 inches of water on the driver and passenger floorboard. First the service department claimed it's not covered under warranty because I installed a rack on the back half of the vehicle. When I pushed back, because the leaks were coming from the front, they pivoted to say the tops were aftermarket and Chrysler would not cover after market parts. Had to go back and forth again with the service writer. First he said he couldn't see the jeep came with those doors from the factory. Then he said they are not OEM. Upon pressing, he miraculously noticed the Chrysler emblem on the corner of the vinyl window. Pretty obviously you ask me. 3) alternator not charging battery. Service response was that because I added after market lights to vehicle, the can't diagnose and troubleshoot. 4) transfer case not engaging front axle housing. Known problem in the 392. Supposedly they found metal shavings in the oil. When I called bull they pivoted and said it's due to my aftermarket axles and Chrysler will not cover them. I call bull specifically because when the Jeep would not engage the front axle, I changed the oil and it was filthy dirty indicating a problem with the problematic clutch plates. The dealership didn't check the oil! I call bull. The vehicle was never driven with the new oil. A few more issues but I won't bother. I have never experienced such terrible service from a dealership. I would have expected them to be on the side of the consumer. I will NEVER bring my jeep back to this dealership in Bend. They lost a customer for purchases AND for service.
