I was also given a check sheet for all the working parts checked by their mechanic. They were willing to negotiate the asking price down to a fair level. The car was in immaculate condition. I was treated courteously. I test-drove the car alone. The paperwork was completed promptly The next day, I realized that I needed to change something on the paperwork. I went back. I had a terrible experience with Just Used Cars - I travel often for my business and went through just used cars on a whim to purchase a nice commuter vehicle, instead of the private dealer I usually go through. Being out of state at the time, they promised they could get me a great deal and it would be fast and easy by the time I was in Bend. 3 weeks later after being cleared for the financing, having signed the papers, insured the car, they still told me I couldn't have my fiance (who I had given them permission to pick up the car before I got back into town, as they ASSURED me that was fine) pick the car up. I took my own personal time to call the bank, who said they didn't see what the problem was because the car was funded and insured. I began to worry they had stolen my money, because the car was still on their web inventory for sale, despite their repeated assurance that all was well. I was continually told, "you can have her (my fiance) pick the car up tomorrow." Finally, I had my finaces mother go in, and they shamefully admitted they had been keeping the car on the lot, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LEGALLY MY CAR AND THEY HAD MY MONEY, because they thought it was "fishy" that I wasn't in town yet. They then handed over the keys and apologized. Stamped, labeled, unethical business. Don't waste your time or your money here. read more

I recently bought a truck from this dealership, and am very disappointed after bringing it home. All in all it is a decent truck and will do the job it was purchased for, and because it is an older truck I expected there to be some issues with it. Most of them are things that can be worked around, but one is pretty drastic. The salesman I worked with was nice and friendly and seemed to be giving me solid information. That being said, the truck has a very obvious and rather significant oil leak dripping from the backside of the transmission which has deposited oil on my driveway and the street in front of my house. I bought the truck as is, which makes it my problem now. But what really bothers me about the situation is the first question I asked inquired about any possible mechanical issues that I should know about before considering this truck for purchase. I was told that they throw every vehicle that is in their lot on a lift and take it through an inspection; I was then told this truck had no mechanical issues that would affect its performance. The night I brought the truck home, it was already leaking oil all over the place. Not having enough oil will definitely affect performance. That is something a customer should know about before a purchase, especially when their first question specifically addresses those types of issues. I was very clear about the budget restraints that I was facing and I was just hoping for a little honesty. Apparently that is too much to ask from a used car dealer. The salesman I was working with did try to meet me in the middle, considering my financial situation, but his boss would have no part of it, claiming he had turned down multiple offers at the price we had come to. I now have to pay nearly as much to fix this truck as I did to buy it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again will this company see any of my business. I would urge anyone else considering this business to look elsewhere. This dealership has very obvious priorities. Customer satisfaction and transparency do not appear to be among them, although their profit margin certainly seems to top the list. The efforts of the salesman (Brandon) to try and work within my budget is the ONLY reason this business gets two stars. Too bad all his effort was negated by his superiors and unreliable information. read more
