I went in today for a routine cleaning. During the appointment, the hygienist (Stephanie) was…read morehumming loudly in my face while cleaning my teeth. I politely asked if she would be humming throughout the procedure and requested that she stop because she was humming in my face. Stephanie blatantly said "no", she is not going to stop. Then she abruptly discontinued the cleaning and canceled my appointment. I spoke with the office manager afterward to share my concern, but her response was simply that Stephanie is a "very happy-go-lucky person," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am now waiting to see whether I will be billed for a service that was not completed--especially since the appointment was canceled by the hygienist, not me. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism and basic bedside manner. I would not recommend this dental office.

An unfortunate issue left me with a very awful experience no parent should have to deal with. Long story short, my daughter needed a procedure and because I didn't want to put my daughter under anesthesia this brought on unexpected challenges. For starters, my child (at the time) was 5 years old. When the dentist, yes the dentist, told me I needed to leave the room so she can proceed I absolutely did not budge. If she thought I was going to leave my daughter alone in a room with people I didn't know, she was out of her mind. I was not leaving my child alone for one second. Come to find out, all they needed to do was inject my daughter with a numbing shot and her tooth issue could've been fixed. Instead they gave me a hard time because again, I didn't feel comfortable putting my child under anesthesia.... The final nail in the coffin was when I asked for both my daughter and My medical records. I was told that I couldn't get them until my daughters bill was paid....hello HIPAA Violation. I haven't been back since & have been a happy patient elsewhere.

I decided to spend a hefty amount of money that I was quoted by Dr. Fay for implants on both top…read moreand bottom arches. Dr. Panko would pull all my teeth and Dr. Fay would place my implants. They both did a great job and I continue to get compliments, however, when I was already in the chair with Dr. Panko, I was informed that the cost was increased by $10,000! My procedure had already began. I didn't fight it at the time because the thought came to me that I might not have been happy with the final product (Sort of like rethinking of complaining in a restaurant about your steak and someone might spit on it before they give it back to you.). I believe the timing to inform me could fall under false advertising since I was already in the chair and bam! An additional $10,000! I believe Dr. Panko should be the one to reimburse me since he was responsible for raising the price which Dr Fay was not aware of at the time. I expect a call from Dr. Panko. Perhaps he wouldn't have been so eager to up the cost at such a late date had he realized I live in the same neighborhood as he does.
