If they couldn't accommodate the service I requested when I made the appointment, they shouldn't have made the appointment - I had no idea, as a new patient, they would just be doing an evaluation and not a cleaning as well. Now having trouble finding a dentist that will only do the 2nd part of what they left unfinished. Dr Webster had no bedside manner with my children. They are young and have only been to the dentist 1 or 2 times in their life. He was less than pleased they didn't open or turn their head the way he instructed immediately. Was put off by his overall attitude.

They called and cancelled my appointment unless I paid for the entire thing out of pocket because they had not been paid yet by my insurance companies. I can see paying the out of pocket portion but in this case it was zero. They know they're being paid but refused treatment. Never have I ever experienced this at a dental office and as much as I like the doctors, the business practices are trash and are not customer service friendly at all. I won't be going back once I finish this procedure that was already billed.

An unfortunate issue left me with a very awful experience no parent should have to deal with. Long story short, my daughter needed a procedure and because I didn't want to put my daughter under anesthesia this brought on unexpected challenges. For starters, my child (at the time) was 5 years old. When the dentist, yes the dentist, told me I needed to leave the room so she can proceed I absolutely did not budge. If she thought I was going to leave my daughter alone in a room with people I didn't know, she was out of her mind. I was not leaving my child alone for one second. Come to find out, all they needed to do was inject my daughter with a numbing shot and her tooth issue could've been fixed. Instead they gave me a hard time because again, I didn't feel comfortable putting my child under anesthesia.... The final nail in the coffin was when I asked for both my daughter and My medical records. I was told that I couldn't get them until my daughters bill was paid....hello HIPAA Violation. My experience with Ditty includes the malposition of a pair of implants for a bridge. Since surgery…read moremy dentists and my prosthodontist said the implants are not positioned properly AND they both told me they are familiar with other Ditty patients with the same problem. I'm in the process of having a 3rd bridge made for for these implants. My advice (and two dental professionals and staff) is to avoid Ditty, especially for implants!!! Save yourself extra cost, discomfort and having to deal with an arrogant attitude.
