Save your time, dental health, resources, and money. I went for a cavity filling and left with…read moreextreme pain. In filling my cavity, the dentist shaved down too much of my actual tooth past the filling, and I cannot bite down without hitting a nerve in the center of my molar now and it is painful. There was no pain prior to the cavity filling. When the dentist finished the filling the dental hygienist said "just call if anything feels off and we'll fix it." The staff and dentist were extremely polite and personable at the time of my filling. I waited a month hoping it would get better after the filling. I called and left a VM since they never answer their phones. Waited a week. Nothing. I texted and they called me almost immediately and squeezed me in for the next day. They took an X-ray of my tooth. Didn't explain why, didn't get my signature, just took the X-ray. Then the dentist ARGUED with me about my pain and showed me the X-ray saying nothing was wrong with the filling. Said the filling should "heal on its own" and get better with time. I calmly said that I was in pain and asked what would happen if it didn't get better? He argued with me saying that it would to just give it 3 more weeks. His tone was gruff, short, and demeaning this time towards me. The dental hygienist followed me to the front, and while they did not apologize for the dentist, I could tell they were trying to make up for the dentist's behavior. They were insistent that if I was still in pain to just call again in 3 weeks and that they would fix it. Well it has been 3 more weeks. I am still in pain. I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth now for going on 2 months. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I regret ever having come to this dentist. I will not call and make another appointment just to have another X-ray be taken and to be told there is nothing wrong. I refuse to ever go again and will also be filling out a review with Better Business Bureau. At this point, I am full of regret having gone in the first place. I should've stayed with the practice I've been going to since I was a kid, but my insurance had changed.

This dentist made dentures for me, they did not fit properly, they hurt and kept falling out of my…read moremouth. I returned and they realigned them, still no good, same problem. I returned a second time, still no good same problem. I returned a third time, this time I was asked to sign a paper stating that I agree to pay $150 for the top denture and another $150 for the bottom denture to be realigned, the paper went on to say NO REFUNDS if the realignment does not solve the problem.
