AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!! They are criminally incompetent…read more I went in with an extremely sore tooth and was told the only option was to have it pulled and replaced with an implant. I reluctantly agreed and they proceeded to have great difficulty removing the tooth. I was then told, in a blunt and cavalier way, that it looked like I had oral cancer, needed a biopsy, and also needed to have every single tooth capped! Needless to say, this was devastating to hear. Being relatively new to Delaware, I drove four hours to my previous and trusted dentist, who told me how unprofessional this was and that there are many steps to go through before a biopsy is done. He said that it looked like I merely had a small infection on my gum. He prescribed an oral rinse, which completely healed the small white spot on my gum. He also said there were a couple teeth that MAY need caps sometime in the future but that overall my teeth were in excellent condition. I really wish I could sue these incompetents for putting me through all this. Clearly, they are interested only in how much money they can bilk you out of. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Personally I don't remember ever having such a thorough examination as I got here! Dr Sohonage went over the X-rays that were taken at this visit plus did an oral exam! A few days later-the painn was gone but while I was eating a piece of cheese, a crown popped off! I was back in the office within 24 hours; more X-rays were taken, the crown was pasted, and I was given some suggestions to monitor the tooth. There was NO CHARGE for the second visit. As a busy parent, that gap was concerning. Cass, one of the hygienists, overheard my concern and immediately stepped in, saying, "No problem, we'll accommodate you and I'll take your son right now."
