I was back in the office within 24 hours; more X-rays were taken, the crown was pasted, and I was given some suggestions to monitor the tooth. There was NO CHARGE for the second visit. Absolutely zero empathy, and the response was "We don't have any new patient appointments until the end of August and we don't submit claims to medical insurance, and if you don't have out of network dental insurance we can't help you". I again explained I have cancer, and this is for medical clearance, and she just refused to listen to me. Rude and completely unprofessional. I hung up the phone in tears because this has been such a frustrating and long journey/process, and it's people like that, who make it so much harder. I had a billing issue that was eventually resolved amicably. The other thing was that I met a friend and his wife in the waiting room. We soon realized his wife and I both had 8:00 appointments with Dr. P. She was called in at 8AM. I was called in at 8:20. One assistant denied that a double booking had occurred. She waved a USB cable at me and said I was called in late because of an "equipment shortage". When I checked out a front desk rep also denied a double booking until I gave her the name of the other 8:00 patient. She belatedly fessed up to the double booking. The ironic thing was that when I left the previous appointment (where there was no waiting) the front desk sold me on the 8:00 time for the next appointment on the premise that there would be no waiting. A good place for dental care but take something to read when you go.

I've been coming to them for a few years now since I relocate to the area.
