I finally had to deal with it and made an appointment at Smyrna Dental. I really couldn't be happier with my visit and I am glad I found this place. The receptionists were helpful. I wasn't even sitting in the waiting room for 5 minutes before they called me back. Suzanne cleaned my teeth and she was super nice, gentle and efficient. I was embarrassed enough at having to open my mouth after so long between cleanings but she made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not keeping up with my dental hygiene. My first impression of Dr. Yerneni is that she is competent and cares about her patients. I like that fact that she wanted to give me time to let my gums heal and she didn't start trying to pressure me to undergo aggressive procedures. I also like the fact that they don't use metal fillings in their practice. I definitely recommend this place and am happy to be a patient here.

I had an amazing experience one time here with a dental hygienist who did the same work with care, but I didn't seem to be able to book her in my subsequent visits. When I spoke up about the discomfort their approach gave me, I was treated by the hygienist like one would approach an unruly child. When I didn't give into this strange form of passive-aggression, I got the chance to observe her typing "VERY DIFFICULT" in my patient file on the computer in the room. The dentist that came to check over my teeth afterwards was similarly cold and phony. I have had much more positive experiences with dentists since this, without changing my dental hygiene routine too drastically. I would recommend going to a place less likely to shame you.

Was told they'd give me a call when they had an appointment that they could do a cleaning. Its been over 3 months and nothing. If they couldn't accommodate the service I requested when I made the appointment, they shouldn't have made the appointment - I had no idea, as a new patient, they would just be doing an evaluation and not a cleaning as well. Now having trouble finding a dentist that will only do the 2nd part of what they left unfinished. Dr Webster had no bedside manner with my children. They are young and have only been to the dentist 1 or 2 times in their life. He was less than pleased they didn't open or turn their head the way he instructed immediately. Was put off by his overall attitude.

They were obnoxious, and rude... wasn't all of them, just the ones that looked for friends on the street corners!!This was only recently.
