I received a very cute welcome packet in the mail. Upon arrival we were greeted right away and taken for a brief tour. The office is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They put a lot of care and attention to detail. There is a small game area for gamers. My daughter was taken for picture and when she was brought back to me, Dr. LaPonzina cane to meet with us both. He provided very clear detail on his observations and was very pleasant. Next I was provided the financial details for her proposed treatment. A number of options were provided and it was clear they work with their patient. I will update my review once she gets her braces on but so far I'm very impressed.
