Outstanding service!!! Brought my daughter and they were great. In process is easy...not a bunch of papers to fill out. Everything is competed by checking boxes on an iPad. Hot tea/coffee at the entrance. Toothpaste/teeth vitamin flavor choices of chocolate, lemon, raspberry, bubble gum and mint. The dentist chairs are heated with massage....MASSAGE!! There's a TV in each chair section to watch as your teeth are cleaned. What an experience at the dentist! Glad we found this place. read more

New to the Bel Air area and Oasis Dental is in network and convenient to home and work. Staff and office was friendly and professional. After my second visit I had a balance due, but did not know why because the statement showed a credit. I went to the office and asked for an explanation, but the front desk admin nor the office manager could not explain. Instead gave me the explanation that 'it's just how our accounting software works'. Really! Either I have have a credit on my account or you have over billed the insurance and they have a credit. Still no explanation, so I paid the balance due of about $40 and will look for another dentist. read more

It's been a while since I've been to the dentist. Luckily my co worker is dating an adorable dental assistant who works here. I needed a new crown and a an overall checkup. I got a cleaning and temp crown, which looked better than the one they were going to replace (thanks Jess!). They had my new crown in less than a week and Dr. Gherman fit it beautifully. She has a gentle touch and is very thorough and super nice. Actually, the whole staff is great! What dentist office offers delicious cookies and coffee right after a filling! Sign me up! Oh don't forget the massage and heated dental chairs. Mind. Blown. Most of the people that I work with have all visited Oasis, and we all recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience. If you live in the city and don't mind a drive up to Bel Air (ladies Uptown Cheapskate is over there) then it's worth it! You won't be disappointed. read more

Out of all the dentists I've been to in my life, Dr. Gherman is the only one that can actually recommended with enthusiasm. The office is always clean, the staff are always super friendly, and they all take the time to actually remember you as a person, not as patient number. The lady at the front desk is always willing to walk through every detail of what your insurance covers and will help work out ways to maximize your care with the minimal amount of out-of-pocket expenses. The staff really take care of you and make sure you're comfortable and know what's going on. Also, after my first visit, they already had the tv set to my preferred channel before I even went into the back. Dr. Gherman has amazing chairside manners and doesn't hesitate to explain things as many times as you need. Plus, she is just downright WONDERFUL with children. My daughter is really sketchy and nervous with dentists, usually to the point of having to be sedated so they can work. But not this time. First visit went off without a single tear, and now she actually looks forward to going back. I really can't recommend this place enough. The service is exemplary, and the frills like spa-grade heat/massage chairs, warm scented towels, always stocked coffee/tea, referral program, and short wait times are just the icing on the cake. read more

Oasis Dental is located on the first floor of a very nice and clean facility with plenty of parking. Their office is also very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff, assistants, and Dr. Gherman were very friendly and personable. My appointment began on time and everything went exceptionally smooth. I had to wait almost three months to get an appointment for a cracked tooth that has been exposed for too long, understandable with COVID-19 though and the office's limited appointment slots. Then my son's school went back to virtual only just a week before my appointment, I lost my job, and when I called to reschedule Oasis couldn't get me in until the end of December. I have lost my job and my health care benefits expire in January, this didn't seem to concern them. I informed the front office as to my situation, but no one could help me and no one told me over the phone I could not bring my son knowing that was my only option. I received several text messages to confirm my appointment with COVID related check in details, although I missed the one line that mentioned I could not bring anyone to my appointment, including my son. Upon arriving early to my appointment I was told he could not come with me. Things have been so incredibly difficult as a single mom of two little kids that has lost her job, I just wanted relief from this painful tooth today and absolutely no one in the office could relate to my predicament or was willing to work with me. I was turned away, appointment canceled, with no offer to reschedule. I am now desperately seeking a new dentist before my benefits run out. Thank you Oasis for the terrible predicament you have put me in and for your complete lack of empathy or willingness to offer options that might work for my situation. read more

My husband and I had an amazing first time dental experience here. We both had scheduled cleanings. The lady at the front desk was thorough over the phone and she did all the work from calling our insurance to make sure that we were covered etc. prior to our arrival. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed and treated with professionalism. The office is set up nicely and very clean. Our chairs that we sat in for cleaning we warming massage chairs!! Their equipment is all new state of the art. The dentist was friendly and we thorough. She talked both my hubby and I through our cleanings and explained every detail. The hygienist ensured we were comfortable, she even offered a TV list of what we wanted to watch. It's little things that made the overall experience unique. The office had coffee and tea set up and the cleaning concluded with offering warm baked cookies!! I would highly recommend this dentist. It was more like a dental spa. They also have a great referral program where you earn gift cards etc. for every person you refer. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this dentist. read more
