He didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much time or was in a rush. Everything went at a very comfortable pace - which is a big deal because I am always nervous at doctors offices. During my cleaning, the hygienist was very sweet and caring! She knew I was having pain in my jaw and made sure that I knew she would be able to stop and take a rest if I needed. By 1:32 PM, I decided not to wait further, as I had another appointment, and the staff's lack of follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would give it 0 stars if I could!
