He didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much time or was in a rush. Everything went at a very comfortable pace - which is a big deal because I am always nervous at doctors offices. During my cleaning, the hygienist was very sweet and caring! She knew I was having pain in my jaw and made sure that I knew she would be able to stop and take a rest if I needed. At that time, I also updated my contact information, including providing my new phone number. When I arrived for my appointment promptly at 1:00 PM, I was told it had been canceled because I "didn't confirm." However, the staff had failed to update my phone number, making it impossible for me to receive any confirmation requests. When I asked about the delay, I was initially told it would be a five-minute wait. The staff talks so low in had the audacity to say " I didn't confirm my appointment " . The staff member spoke so quietly and with such an indifferent attitude that I had to ask again, only to be told it would actually be a 14-30 minute wait. By 1:32 PM, I decided not to wait further, as I had another appointment, and the staff's lack of follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would give it 0 stars if I could! This experience reflects a lack of attention to detail and customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office.
