I used one of their pens to complete forms and they weren't disinfecting after every usage. Same for the clipboard. Being a medical eye doctor office you'd think sanitizing would be a must. I hate getting sick and as I waited there I decided to just leave and not be seen. It's a nice place but no sanitizing and sick people freaked me out. If you need an opinion on what frame matches your face she is willing to share her favorite as you narrow down your search. They have a nice selection of designer lenses including Ray Ban and Oakley along with a nice selection of frames for women. There was no sign or info there either, I only was helped by the nice Costco people who are completely separate from the doctor, they said I was not the only upset customer who came in for their appointment which was cancelled without notification.
