The Hispanic lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly professional and kind. She even kept our little one occupied and played with her, which she absolutely didn't have to do. That meant a lot to us. Dr. Krishna Patel was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain my prescription options so I could make the best decision. I'm honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because today they had a full team of five staff members on the floor assisting patients. If you need an opinion on what frame matches your face she is willing to share her favorite as you narrow down your search. They have a nice selection of designer lenses including Ray Ban and Oakley along with a nice selection of frames for women.
