Since it serves the Diamond Bar area it can get quite busy and because of that, it can be a bit disorganized and disheveled in some areas, but honestly not the worse for how busy it general is. Selection is standard like any other Target, again make sure to shop well in advance for seasonal and holiday items because by the time it gets close to the actual holiday, most of the things are already gone (many such cases). Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. A bit more difficult to hunt for W clearance items here (I'm thinking by the time I'm there, the stay at home moms have already cleared it in mid morning). Decent Target, what can I say?

First of all, it has a dedicated Disney section, which already puts it a step above a lot of other stores. The whole store just feels more lively and well kept compared to many other Targets I've been to. The aisles are usually clean, things are organized, and it actually feels pleasant to shop here instead of rushed or chaotic. The staff are generally helpful, the store is well stocked, and it feels like they take pride in keeping this location in good shape. It might not be the newest or flashiest Target, but it has great energy, good selection, and a welcoming vibe. Proud to have this as my local Target. I always end up enjoying my trips here more than I expect to.

You know it's going to get damaged anyways, so why not get the most bang for your buck? I came to pick up an item I ordered off their website and the pickup went quick and smooth. Also service is good and this location has an excellent selection of items to choose from. The greeter at the door was very polite, friendly, and helpful. The entire return process took a mere 4 minutes, including 1 minute in line.

Where Lines Go to Die…read more Over 10 people in line. One register open. And a small army of employees in blue shirts standing around doing absolutely nothing except perfecting the art of looking useless. This wasn't understaffing -- this was fully staffed incompetence. Plenty of workers available, zero common sense applied. Customers stacking up while employees just... existed. At no point did anyone think, "Hey, maybe we should open another register." Nope. Just let the line grow and pretend it's not happening. Bold strategy. It's honestly impressive how a major retailer can have so many employees on the floor and still manage to operate like a self-checkout with a personality disorder. Shameless. Embarrassing.
