My ebike manufacturer (EBC) went out of business, so when my ebike LCD display blanked out on a full charged battery, I was very disheartened. I took it to Pedego Yorba Linda where Jeremy quickly diagnosed the battery problem, then suggested FTH Power as a source to get a new replacement battery. I was happy to learn they're in Southern California, so I gave them a try. I was very pleased how quickly they shipped out a new battery and charger to me. I fully charged the battery, then took my ebike out for a spin. Everything worked perfectly!. Thank you Sarah at FTH Power for helping me choose the right replacement battery for my EBC Model R bike. I would highly recommend FTH Power to anyone needing an ebike replacement battery!!! read more

This place is wonderful. Everyone is so knowledgeable, nice, and of high integrity. Highly recommended.

This business is a treasure trove of e-bike batteries! We needed a rebuilt of our existing battery, which had died. We spoke to the owner and his daughter, who were both very helpful and they said they had the exact battery in stock as a new item; and it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to rebuild our old one. It was a long drive out to West Covina, but well worth it! read more

They are not a repair facility. And they charge double for batteries you can easily buy online. Stay away. It cost me $100 to ship and evaluate just to find this out. read more

I used to do business with FTH. Lots of business the problem was every custom or rebuilt battery failed so to FTH doing what they wanted verses the requirements of higher power e bikes that needed minimum 30amp BMS sometimes higher. They never installed more than a 25amp BMS which does not work on Bafang BBS 02 or BBS HD mid drives. They refused to rebuild or repair at no charge our customers batteries over 5k. It forced us to stop payment to FTH until this could be taken care of to this day nothing. There is a very good rebuilder in Las Vegas. Google it. read more

I have taken roughly 5-10 URB-E scooter batteries to be rebuilt and have had no issues. The staff is friendly and they always respond to my emails in a timely manner. Turn around time is 5-10 days. They answer technical questions and always get back to you if they need to follow up with their technicians. They have been able to rebuild everything I have taken in so far. Only downfall is that they are closed on the weekends. I do recommend FTH Power and will continue taking my batteries there. read more

Excellent place to purchase a battery for E-Bikes. The owner and staff are C/S oriented. It's local and I highly recommend it!

The customer support was excellent. I used their online site to choose the battery I needed. Then I confirmed with custom support via email that I was ordering the correct battery. The price was more than fair compared to all the other suppliers. They had it ready for me in 24 hours and I was able to pick it up. My experience was so good I chose to buy a second battery for another bike I have. The owner and his staff were very helpful, definitely recommend them to others. read more

My bike battery died over winter and I was desperate for a new one. They took it in and repaired it within a few days. Thank you!

I tried to do business with this place after watching a YouTube video. I followed all the instructions which is very complicated and they don't allow phone calls. Anyway after a whole day waisted driving around to find a place who allows battery shipping I am calling it quits. It's impossible to get what you need from this place. Just going to buy a new battery. read more

I have been trying to order a new battery for my e bike for several weeks and I can't get them to respond to my order. Marc@7142691305

I want my $45 evaluation fee back! I took a 52V , 9 X 14 battery in that would not charge or discharge. They said it needed all new cells plus a BMS. I told them the cells were only 3 months old and they said they tested less than 50%. I took it home and within 5 minutes I had found a bad BMS connection to one cell group. Also the pack measured 50.3 vplts which is 75% charge for a 52 V battery I corrected the problem, balanced the pack and all is well. I reported all of this to them and they refused to return my deposit. Beware of these people, they either don't know what they are doing or they are fraudulent. IBy the way they reported my pack as 140 cells and it actually has 126. read more

Loved working with these folks. We are located in Boise, Idaho and one of our Jetson Electric Bike Batteries started to go bad. Jetson has manufacture discontinued these bikes and never really provided support for parts or service. Started searching the internet for replacement batteries and came across fth power in a youtube video. Looked impressive so I got in touch via email. WOW - very responsive, helped me verify that my batteries could be 'rehabed", gave me insight into shipping to their location. They confirmed receipt of the battery, within two weeks had it rebuilt and kept me informed at every step. I HIGHLY recommend this company for ease of business, responsive customer service, reasonable pricing, AND they provide a 1-year warranty on their work; who could ask for anything more. read more

I ordered two ebike battery packs (EBPs) which had voltage but did NOT power the ebike. My beef though is more with customer service: 1) FTH customer service rejected the suggestion of sending replacement battery management system (BMS) modules to replace defective units, 2) no initial offer for me to return the EBP units, 3) no offer of free shipping to return, 4) less than complete instructions on how to return the EBPs, couldn't use Fedex only USPS ground, 5) no offer to replace EBPs, must wait for repair, 6) 2 + weeks for FTH to "evaluate" the problem, I had it "evaluated" here, same day appointment, in less than 10 minutes. Electronics do fail and we are in a pandemic, but FTH customer service came up short. read more

Emailed about a potential Ebike battery rebuild and got a reply in minutes. Jennifer confirmed the model I had, gave me an estimate on the rebuild cost, and made note that in this particular case (rare battery that they didn't have parts for) it would be cheaper to buy a new one. That's classy. I didn't end up sending the battery in, but I like how they do business. 10/10. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. New to ebiking I didn't realize I couldn't just shut off my battery and not look at it for a few months....and so it died. I thought I would have to trash the bike because finding the exact battery was a no go. FTH had us send them the battery and they fixed it TO NEW!! The entire staff was so helpful as we are on different sides of the Country. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I went to FTH Power to get my ebike battery fixed. As soon as I walked in (with masks), I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist. Since I needed to explain my battery problem, a senior employee from one of the big offices came out to help me. As it turned out, he is one of the company owners. He listened to me intently and gave me advice that I really appreciated. This review is not about my ebike battery but about how this company, especially Mr. Farzad, got up from his desk and took care of a simple client. I'm 75 and retired and in my 50 years of corporate dealings, you will seldom find a company that treats "simple" clients with respect. Mind you FTH Power is not a simple mom and pop business. If you're browsing for a company such as theirs to deal with, you won't be disappointed! read more

Great rebuilt battery for my 2016, RadRover bike. Prompt delivery. 40% more range compared to my original battery. Could not be happier with FTH Power! read more

I'm sure the expertise is fine, but the service is overpriced. Paid for the shipping box, I can't recall how much, but not cheap, and then $185 to find that there were no issues with the battery which was returned to me. I regret not spending the additional $100 it would have taken to purchase a brand new ebike battery. read more

Excellent customer service and very helpful. My ebike was having issues charging and after getting a new battery it works better than ever! Then I noticed I was still having a issue to charge the battery. I was afraid it was the charger itself but after bringing it in to Ken & Sarah they were able to fix the issue within minutes. I was very impressed with the work they have done for me. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for all of your help. read more
