I used to do business with FTH. Lots of business the problem was every custom or rebuilt battery failed so to FTH doing what they wanted verses the requirements of higher power e bikes that needed minimum 30amp BMS sometimes higher.They never installed more than a 25amp BMS which does not work on Bafang BBS 02 or BBS HD mid drives. They refused to rebuild or repair at no charge our customers batteries over 5k. It forced us to stop payment to FTH until this could be taken care of to this day nothing. There is a very good rebuilder in Las Vegas. Google it. read more

I have taken roughly 5-10 URB-E scooter batteries to be rebuilt and have had no issues. The staff is friendly and they always respond to my emails in a timely manner. Turn around time is 5-10 days. They answer technical questions and always get back to you if they need to follow up with their technicians. They have been able to rebuild everything I have taken in so far. I want my $45 evaluation fee back! I took a 52V , 9 X 14 battery in that would not charge or discharge. They said it needed all new cells plus a BMS. I told them the cells were only 3 months old and they said they tested less than 50%. I took it home and within 5 minutes I had found a bad BMS connection to one cell group. Also the pack measured 50.3 vplts which is 75% charge for a 52 V battery I corrected the problem, balanced the pack and all is well. I reported all of this to them and they refused to return my deposit. Beware of these people, they either don't know what they are doing or they are fraudulent. IBy the way they reported my pack as 140 cells and it actually has 126. read more

Jetson has manufacture discontinued these bikes and never really provided support for parts or service. I ordered two ebike battery packs (EBPs) which had voltage but did NOT power the ebike. My beef though is more with customer service: 1) FTH customer service rejected the suggestion of sending replacement battery management system (BMS) modules to replace defective units, 2) no initial offer for me to return the EBP units, 3) no offer of free shipping to return, 4) less than complete instructions on how to return the EBPs, couldn't use Fedex only USPS ground, 5) no offer to replace EBPs, must wait for repair, 6) 2 + weeks for FTH to "evaluate" the problem, I had it "evaluated" here, same day appointment, in less than 10 minutes. Electronics do fail and we are in a pandemic, but FTH customer service came up short. read more
