He mounted my new smart TV on the wall (very clean appearance) and wired my new gear: Apple TV, DVD, Direct TV etc.... so it all runs through the receiver with 1 HDMI cable up to the TV. He also programmed my new universal remote (which I think you need a special collage degree in just to make it do the most basic commands) to eliminate the 6 other remotes taking up space. He took the time to explain how everything works without rushing and didn't leave until I was totally comfortable with the system. It also seems like he spends time researching the latest trends and technology so was able to make recommendations on the most cost effective but highest quality gear for my taste.
