Selection is standard like any other Target, again make sure to shop well in advance for seasonal and holiday items because by the time it gets close to the actual holiday, most of the things are already gone (many such cases). Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. A bit more difficult to hunt for W clearance items here (I'm thinking by the time I'm there, the stay at home moms have already cleared it in mid morning). Decent Target, what can I say?

First of all, it has a dedicated Disney section, which already puts it a step above a lot of other stores. The whole store just feels more lively and well kept compared to many other Targets I've been to. The aisles are usually clean, things are organized, and it actually feels pleasant to shop here instead of rushed or chaotic. The staff are generally helpful, the store is well stocked, and it feels like they take pride in keeping this location in good shape. It might not be the newest or flashiest Target, but it has great energy, good selection, and a welcoming vibe. Proud to have this as my local Target. I always end up enjoying my trips here more than I expect to.

You know it's going to get damaged anyways, so why not get the most bang for your buck? Over the phone, Carlos was very attentive to my questions around a reinstallation of a manufacturer issue for my car radio. He was prompt in scheduling me for the next available appointment and was kind and courteous. Installation Day: I realized when I arrived to my AM appt that I (annoyingly) forgot a few key parts that were needed for my reinstallation. Carlos and Joe were super understanding and equipped me with product SKU and instructions on how to reorder as well as offering me a later afternoon slot if I happened to find the missing parts. They were very solutions oriented and flexible - which was much appreciated after a 40 min drive! I ended up finding the parts when I got home and when I called back to see if they could squeeze me in any earlier than 4pm, Carlos was quick to confirm he could fit me in if I got there within the hour. Once I arrived, they got started on my car and everything was done -- installation, testing/troubleshooting, etc. within an hour! Honestly, I specifically requested to schedule an appointment at this location because I had an awful experience with a condescending and dismissive installer at the location 5 minutes away from me (Pasadena -- but that'll be a review for that page...) and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit at the City of Industry location. If you don't mind the drive, I would *highly* recommend this location for installs as they aren't as busy as the Pasadena location (which books 2-3 weeks out from purchase date for installations), and they're 1000x more friendly and efficient. Ps - While I was walking around the store there was a super friendly guy (maybe the manager?) who was checking in on all the customers asking who needed assistance, etc. Would definitely come back just for the customer service, alone!

The customer was asking questions about bypassing restrictions on a company-managed computer and accessing or transferring files that were being monitored by his employer. Jason clearly stated that Alice Computerworks does not provide services that help customers bypass company security policies. The customer then asked about purchasing a laptop matching his company's model, and Jason spent time looking up specifications and pricing for him. I was waiting for my own computer and observed the interaction for roughly 10-15 minutes. At no point did Jason appear rude, impatient, or dismissive. Ironically, I was at the store because Alice Computerworks had just repaired my computer. The service was fast, professional, and the issue was completely resolved. In my experience, Jason has always been knowledgeable, honest, and willing to help. What I witnessed that day was not a business refusing to help a customer. It was a business choosing not to assist with requests that could conflict with a company's security policies. I respect that decision. Fast and Professional service…read more I took my DS Lites here, to get a quote to see how much it would cost to get them fixed and up and running. The staff team, was very professional and transparent of the possible issues such as: parts needed, the price, and turnaround time to get them back to me. They gave me a call the following day. They stated that one of the DS Lites was beyond saving, but the other one only had minor repairs needed. They suggested, that they can do a hybrid repair. By combining the working parts from both DS Lites, they can make one perfect and fully functional DS Lite. This greatly reduce the turnaround time to get it fixed and much more affordable too. Now $45 later, they gave me one perfectly refurbished DS Lite and even offered a six month warranty in case anything happens to it. I would greatly recommend this store if you have any consoles that needs repairs.
