I was anxious about the procedure since it's basically minor surgery with sutures, bone grafts and whatnot, but he and the rest of his team really put me at ease. He gave me plenty of numbing agent and I didn't really feel anything except my jaws were getting sore from keeping my mouth open lol. Overall I think it took less than 30 minutes for the first procedure. Dr Baek was really professional and kept asking if I was ok. The teeth cleaning was smooth and easy too. The dental hygienist was confident, informative and and also good at communicating. I was very pleased with her work and will schedule a follow up in 6 months. The best thing about the office was the dental assistants and hygienist did a very good job of sucking out excess saliva and liquids during each procedure. As long as I can remember, I always felt like I was choking on my spit at every dentist I've ever been to but this place does a good job of keeping me from gagging. Overall a really great and smooth procedure. The implant procedure will take about 3 months total. I will follow up with more feedback if anything changes. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Min was the only dentist in the area who took me within the week. On top of that, x-rays and the procedure was less than an hour. Dr. Min explained everything honestly, and didn't push anything else, only what was needed. It was local anesthesia, but he was very skilled that it didn't hurt much. I usually hate going to dentists, but this was best experience I've had (as much as a person can enjoy going to the dentist). PLEASE! Check your insurance claims…read more Not sure if the dentist is aware, but I paid close to $850 more than what I needed to pay out of pocket. I had really had tooth sensitivity and got a root canal, recommended by Dr.Cheng. When I came back to get my crown done, Carmen presented two options to me for crowns: porcelain with metal (~$700) and porcelain with zirconia (~$1400). These prices are WITH my insurance by the way. It didn't look right, but I chose metal because it was cheaper. Later I regretted my decision and went for porcelain with zirconia because of the longevity. I spoke to my insurance company to figure out why I had to pay so much out of pocket. They stated, if the only full porcelain option given to you is with zirconia, then the dental office can't charge me for upgraded materials. I was only supposed to pay $490!!! I called Carmen to ask for the itemized invoice. They billed my insurance for porcelain with metal and zirconia separately! I asked her to correct the invoice and she REFUSED because my insurance "doesn't cover porcelain crowns", when it does. They are submitting wrong codes for insurance on purpose and doing shady stuff with billing. It was so weird that they didn't provide itemized invoices are paying, just a piece of paper with the amount. Make sure to check!
