I'm sharing this because I genuinely felt uncomfortable and unheard during my visit. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM and was set 2-3 weeks in advance when I had my tooth repaired and my crown fitted, so I could take care of both the crown placement and deep cleaning in one visit. I also paid my copayment ahead of time, so scheduling issues should not have been on me as the patient. Before starting, the hygienist, JESS, mentioned she was fully booked and even complained that I wasn't on her schedule. Despite this, my appointment didn't begin until 9:24 AM, and she said she had another patient at 9:30. From that point on, the entire visit felt rushed, which immediately made me anxious. She applied numbing gel but started the deep cleaning right away without allowing time for it to take effect. The tooth without a crown was extremely sensitive, especially from the suction air, and soon my entire mouth felt painful. I tried to push through it, but the discomfort became overwhelming, and I had to ask her to stop. I don't like complaining or being seen as a difficult patient, but when you're in the dental chair, you're vulnerable and trusting the provider to be patient, gentle, and considerate. This experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed, and I believe patient comfort, communication, and accountability should always come before rushing to stay on schedule. read more

Horrible dentist. DO NOT GO HERE. I got my invisalign with them and a year later i started feeling pain on my right side lower jaw and comes to find out, it's TMJ. I brought the issue to them, they denied everything couldnt do nothing to fix it for me. I even have to admit myself to urgent care and since then my jaw hasn't been the same. They only care about selling products and get your money instead of checking to see what is right for your teeth/jaw alignment. read more

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding charges billed to my Medi-Cal insurance. The clinic charged for a dental cleaning and fluoride treatment that were not performed during my visit. I have already filed a fraud complaint with Medi-Cal, and the case is currently under review. However, because these services were billed, I am now unable to receive the same treatment at another clinic. I respectfully request that the charges submitted to my insurance be reversed so I can proceed with receiving proper care elsewhere. I am writing this review not to drag the clinic's name, but to give a warning to others who are planning to visit, as well as those who have already been seen here. I used to love this dentist, but I had to go in to get a filling, they did it okay so the next day I'm in extreme pain so I go back they file it down go home and I'm still in pain! I've had to go back a total of 4 times for one filling! that still is not feeling any better! They are nice people, but this is just ridiculous. read more

I recommend you ask for Jess, she knows her craft, she takes her time cleaning your teeth, makes you feel comfortable and in the end she makes recommendations for you. It's rare to find someone that goes those extra steps. Essentially she makes a specific plan for you so you can come back with healthy teeth. She educates and advocates for your care. Honestly, I hated this experience. I have a horrible phobia of dentists just as many other people do. I ended up giving this place a chance because of the raving reviews but honestly was let down. The dentist didnt even take time to talk to me about my concerns she just came in (barged in more like it) with the xrays, told me my dental problems, and jammed out of the room to the next patient. That interaction lasted about 2 minutes. I didn't even get her name, nor did i realize she was the dentist, she just rushed into the room told me a bunch of stuff, and left. I felt completely ignored. I had more to elaborate on and I really wanted to make a care plan with her. I want a dentist who I can trust, not one that had a negative attitude and brushes me off. Maybe she had a bad day? But why should it even be on me to understand if she did or not? Im a patient, and I really needed help.. On top of that, the pricing was severely high. I couldn't wrap my head around it, and honestly I felt defeated about possibly not being able to afford dental care. The only saving grace is the reception. They were the only ones that made my experience relatively comfortable. So that, was greatly appreciated. I ended up getting a second and third opinion from other reputable dentists on my teeth, and the pricing estimates came out dramatically less and the care-plan made much more sense. I hope and Im sure everyone else has a better experience than me. read more

From the very first visit, they made me feel completely at ease--even during a procedure I was originally nervous about. Dr. Wong is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough, and Lizette brings so much warmth and kindness to every step of the process. Together, they are a dream team! But truly, it's not just them--the entire staff here is wonderful. Every person I interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and made everything feel so smooth and stress-free. Please refer to my Google review dated 2 February. After my 1* review I received a call from Eric @ office. Wanted to confirm my email in order to send Dentist's & tech's notes. I returned call. 24 hrs later I don't have notes. In fact on Eric's voice mail he claimed that he sent notes. If that was the case why email confirmation? I learned as a young man & especially after 40 + yrs in business when I make a mistake just admit it, apologize for it, & correct it. This is a means of conducting business that this dental office doesn't adhere to. Don't be fooled. There are decent people in the office that take pride in their work. I didn't really want to write this review because I really, really wanted to like this dentist. I'll start by saying everyone here is so nice. The office staff and the dental assistants. There is one male dentist that isn't very friendly, or at least wasn't when I saw him. That said, I came in October for several fillings and a crown to be done. I was also told I need a dental guard and in order to do the dental guard fitting, all of the fillings and the crown needed to be done. I decided to just do all the work and prepay for it with my credit card. My issue is that ever since my crown was placed and my upper left filling was done, I've had to return back at least three times due to sensitivity problems. At this point it's now about to be March and the tooth with the crown is still very sensitive and the upper left one with the filling is extremely sensitive. To make things worse, they don't take my new insurance so I keep returning for bite adjustments but that isn't helping. I asked them in December before my insurance changed about the crown sensitivity and I was told it could take time to go away. Now I'm going on march and I'm starting to wonder if I may need a possible root canal. They do X-rays every time I go in for a bite adjustment but they haven't mentioned needing a root canal. At this point I'm just really bummed because I wanted to like this office but my teeth are still extremely sensitive all these months later and I have no answers as to why that is. And this is not a knock on the staff, like I said they're very friendly. But I feel bad that I keep returning and I keep coming back to them for bite adjustments that clearly aren't the solution. read more

While the dentist is cementing the crown back, the dental assistant a guy pushed the saliva ejector too hard inside her mouth that hurt and scratched my daughters tongue .
