Horrible first impression. I called in December for an appointment and was basically brushed off saying they booked but would call me to set an appointment after the new year. Never got a call back. I called again for for appointment, this time I was able to schedule an appointment but was told to call back with insurance information. I gathered my information as I am double insured. Called back and spent a considerable amount of time getting providing my insurance info so I can be cleared for my appointment. I show up for my appointment only for the check in person to tell there is no insurance information attached to my file. What a waste of time. I left and will look for an office with competent employees. They may have good dentists but you have to get past incompetent reception first. read more

Very professional dental office. I don't like to go to the dentist, but Breeze Dental makes it as painless as possible. They don't overcharge and they don't nickel and dime you. I really like that. I go every six months for my cleaning and whenever I need anything else. They don't keep you waiting and they work with you too schedule your appointment at a convenient time. Dr. Wang has so far been an incredible reliable dentist. I have been receiving services before pandemic and they continue to keep a safe and comfortable environment. He is very gentle and patient. I truly appreciate him taking time to watch teeth at lengths before rushing into fillings or other repair work if there is no pain! My dental anxiety is beyond horrible. I've had some pretty traumatic experiences with dentists and have got to say my experience here at Breeze Dental has changed my entire outlook. I was just in yesterday for a root canal and was extremely panicked and almost didn't make it in the chair. Dr. Bennett and his assistant were so kind and comforting. The assistant was very sweet and offered me tissues and reassured me that everything will be ok and that both Doctors are amazing and gentle. She was absolutely right. Dr. Bennett came in and was the sweetest! He had a kind voice, gave me a lot of reassurance and also explained almost everything he was doing throughout the entire process so that there were no surprises! He didn't hurt me at all!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Wang for approximately two years. At first he was conservative on his treatment. Now it seems he looks for thing to use up my benefits. In this case he said he couldn't do my cleaning because my benefits were used up. I thought you got two cleanings per year regardless if all other benefits were used. I have never experienced this before. So it's November and he says I can't come back to see him unless I pay cash at his rate. Not what the insurance excepts. But at the office rate. Being in the health care field I don't think this is correct. I called his office because I have a toothache that I can't even touch my tooth without pain. I asked for some antibiotics. They said they would text Dr. Wang because he wasn't in today. Then I got a message from a pharmacy that they couldn't finish the prescription. I called the office to find out where he had sent it to. Got the info and called the pharmacy and they told me the order was for Motrin. I called Dr. Wangs office again and said that the prescription was not for antibiotics. She said Dr. Wang would not give me antibiotics until I came in and paid $110 for him to look at me first. This is ridiculous. I'm not asking for narcotics. Any other dentist I have delt with in the past would give the antibiotics first then schedule an appointment as they can't really help you if the infection is too bad. Even for cleanings in some cases like a heart valve replacement antibiotics are given prior to cleaning to hopefully avoid endocarditis. In my opinion he went from caring about his patients to caring only about the almighty dollar. I would not recommend his office any further. Now I hope to find a dentist who cares about his patients first. read more

All I can say is a big WOW... moved to the area recently and I was looking for a good dentist, I read the reviews and decided to give them a try.,I came early filled the paper work and immediately was taken in for X-rays, now usually at this stage the Dr will start telling you what's wrong and the list is usually long, I stopped paying attention to them because I know my mouth.. I have been told for years that I need gum surgery.. I always decline saying this are my gums and have always been like this. Not this place.. after that the Dr cleaned my teeth and did such a great job, took his time and I ended up with amazing smile and clean teeth. Professional staff and clean. I went here because I wanted a second opinion if I really needed osseous surgery as recommended by my previous dentist. Dr. Wang from Breeze dental took a look at my xrays and said osseous surgery isn't necessary and advise if I keep up with my oral care, I should be good. I did get my fillings done and felt nothing. I am what they call a dental chicken. Not so much a chicken as I suffer from anxiety. With that said I am so glad I found Dr. Wang. His office staff is so attentive to your needs and so patient, thorough and understanding you leave knowing you got the best care. He never tries to upsell you on procedures or products you don't need and I appreciate that beyond words. It had been awhile between check ups, again I hate the dentist and couldn't find one I liked, but instead of jumping at a deep cleaning he was honest and advised me it wouldn't be the most pleasant cleaning but we could get away with a regular cleaning and scraping. Any other doctors office would have jumped on scheduling me. I've been to many dentists before who do that. I have recommended this office to a few of my friends already. My kids enjoy it here because they get to watch The Walking Dead reruns on Netflix while doctor works on them. They too, can't say enough good things. The office, what can I say? It's immaculate and I've never seen an office take such pride in the cleanliness of their rooms. The front is vey spa/zen like. As soon as you're done they are cleaning and disinfecting the room. Nothing gives you piece of mind knowing this. The staff is amazing. Leticia is the sweetest person both in person and over the phone referring to their patients as mijo and mija. I was referred to Dr. Wang by my friend who is also a dentist but does not take my insurance. It was time for me to replace an old crown that had a metal layer and that has been bothering for a few years now. Dr. Wang gave me the most comfortable, smooth and dare I say, pretty? crown (he uses a great lab)! I have been to many dentists in my life but what stands out to me about Dr. Wang is his kindness, professionalism and patience. He answered every question and let me talk his ear off about all things related to my teeth during every appointment. The best part is that he never speaks to you condescendingly, there is not an ounce of arrogance like many other dentists. Never cuts you off or acts like he knows more than you and is very attentive to any and all discomforts. He really takes his time and never rushes. It started and ended with a mini-sized Baby Ruth bar. The first one was frozen from the freezer at work and eating it broke the old, slowly crumbling dental work clear off upper right molar 1. The second was soft and I happily ate it just a couple minutes ago. Leticia offered it to me from the jar at the receptionist counter as I was leaving Breeze Dental with a new filling that I didn't think I'd have this soon after 'the incident'. Thanks, Leticia, for calling me and getting me in there so quickly despite your scheduling me twice on days that I subsequently realized I already had other appointments and had to cancel. On the other side of the counter were Maggie, Norma and Netflix, all vying to be the best at making my experience relaxed and fun. Together they all succeeded and Jimmy 'breezed' through my treatment plan plainly and clearly, preparing us for a pretty short, painless (topical anesthetic plus two injections) and effective procedure to allow me to eat again by way of filling replacement. I honestly didn't think everything would be fixed this fast. That is because I wasn't quite prepared for Leticia's friendly persistence, Maggie and Norma's teamwork, and Dr. Wang's (Jimmy's) availability and instant expertise and professionalism. Leticia is absolutely amazing, she is so sweet and caring. I have a really hard time taking X-rays, well they made it as painless as possible. She was actually running out of the room to press the button so it was not so awful for me. They were awesome. The dentist was great. Me and my husband both hate the dentist. There are a million other things we both would rather be doing. This is by far the best dentist I've been to. We've had an experience at a nearby dentist where they told us we both needed all this work done, and we were in and out of the dentist for months. The last straw was when then started using lasers without letting us know the cost and It took the last bit of cash we had to pay It off. (My fault for not asking ahead but still, and I learned my lesson.) I looked at yelp because if someone feels strongly enough about liking their dental experience, It must be a good experience. The office is small and very clean. My first visit was a cleaning and x-rays. The cleaning was great, the x-rays were way less painful feeling then others I've been to, and the dentist showed me the x-rays, explained them clearly, and said everything looks fine. (I did not expect that.) My husband got a cleaning (which he was so nervous he took some anxiety meds for), and instead of being told he needed to come in every few months or his teeth would fall out, the dentist cleaned his teeth himself, looked at them and said he was good as well!! Now maybe It won't be such a traumatic experience going. I just had an incident where part of my cavity chipped off, which I thought my tooth fell out of my head. I called and they got me in for a consult that same day, even though they were extremely busy. The even put a temporary solution so the edge of my tooth wouldn't be so sharp. For the actual procedure, they numbed me before the shot, and It was the least painful shot I've ever had. I'm not saying I enjoy the drilling and all of that, but It was the best experience I've had for something I really dislike doing. Other things I appreciate, the entire staff I've met seems to like working there, and enjoy people. The lovely lady at the front desk is spunky and so sweet and you can tell she actually loves people as well. She's really good at communicating and makes sure you're taken care of. They also don't LECTURE you about flossing and brushing (because come on, we all know we should, and hate hearing It every single time we go. It actually makes me more likely to. Not to say they won't suggest It if you need to, but I'm sure It would be done in a way that doesn't make you feel like a kid.) Did I mention they put on NETFLIX for you to watch. No more radio stations with annoying commercials. Makes the time go by much faster. And finally, after a cleaning, they give you a little care package with little toothpaste, mouthwash, floss and a toothbrush. I'm so thankful they are so close to my house, but I would even travel to go to them. All in all, we couldn't recommend them enough. read more

I visited this dental office as a new patient in June 2021. I had my teeth cleaned and upon examination by Dr. Wang, it was discovered that I needed a filling and a crown. In addition, I requested a night guard. I was skeptical about going to the dentist in the middle of a surging pandemic but I had put off my dental care long enough and decided to go for it. I returned to the office a second time to have my crown placed and to have a mold prepared for a nightguard. Thereafter I returned for a third visit to pick up my night guard. Dr. Wang asked me about the fit and it seemed okay. With the small amount of time trying it out in the office, how can one really know about the fit. After wearing the night guard overnight I then was able to tell that the fit wasn't right. I contacted the office and made an appointment to go in for a fourth visit. At my fourth visit, I saw Dr. Wang's associate. An hour later and after making several adjustments to no avail the doctor decided that the initial mold was bad and a new mold would have to be made. At this point and four visits later I was frustrated and annoyed, to say the least. I returned to the office for yet a fifth visit to pick up my replacement guard. I must mention that neither of the doctors ever apologized to me for my time and inconvenience in this matter. At present, I feel occasion pain where the crown was placed. Something isn't right with it. I will now seek out another dental office because I no longer trust the quality of work by the dentist who worked on me initially. read more

Found this place through Yelp after experiencing some tooth pain. Absolutely lovely staff - especially Leticia on the front desk. She was super welcoming, friendly and had a great attitude. She really put me at ease as a new patient. Everything is super clean and they have Netflix for you to watch whilst they're working on your teeth. Everyone was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Dr Wang explained everything very clearly to me and I didn't feel pressured at any point to get any extra stuff outside of what I had come in for.
