This review is for the amazing Dr.Navarrete regarding his A M A Z I N G venere work! Let me start by saying I got braces in my late teens I had braces for 8 years!(mostly my fault) I missed a lot of appointments as I was always busy working. When I FINALLY got my braces removed I remember being so thrilled to see what my teeth would look like unfortunately it wasn't what I hoped. Yes my teeth were straight and my over bite was fixed but I still didn't like the way my teeth looked. My teeth have always been small and have always felt too small for my smile. After getting my braces off I gave up for a while until I met Dr.Navarrete and came to know he also does veneer work. After a lengthy, very detailed and thorough consultation with Dr.Navarrete to discuss if I could possibly get veneers I knew I was sold after talking with him. He made me extremely comfortable in his knowledge with veneers with how well he explains everything to you. He is soooo so patient with making sure your choosing what's best for you and making sure veneers are right for you as well as helping you choose what's best for your smile. Dr. Navarrete initially noted how my teeth are very small for my smile something I've always thought. I was happy to see he noticed that and assured my long life feelings about my teeth. The point here is from day 1 Dr. Navarrete was sooo so amazing with helping me get the best veneers to suit me and every step of the way he was always making sure I understood what was going on, made sure I asked questions if I had any and more importantly I could feel that he GENUINELY cared that I was happy with my smile In the end and thanks to him I was in awe with the results of my smile with his amazing, killer veneer work! Great dentistry experience. Finally met with a helpful and thorough dentist! But I was there for two hours and missed another appointment I had scheduled for myself. I would encourage Olive Tree to let new patients know that they can expect to be there for 2 hours for the first visit. This dental office is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and the dentist is phenomenal. It can be a little pricey but worth every penny. Every dental exam or procedure is explained to you prior to them starting anything. I have been in dental offices where they tell me what they are doing once the procedure is started...I hate that! At that point I can't even refuse anything because I am in the chair with my mouth wide open unable to speak. This dental office has NEVER done this to me or my family. The dentist also has a very gentle hand and a professional demeanor. You will not regret coming here. read more

I was in and out very fast, they made me feel very comfortable and Dr. is very informative and knowledgeable. Lisa at the front desk is amazing! I would highly recommend this dentist. Dr Navarrete and all of his staff are so kind and friendly. I had veneers put on my front teeth by Dr Navarrete many years ago and they are excellent. People are shocked when they find out that I even have veneers. One the things that makes going there nice is that all the chairs have massage pads in them. This post is not towards the cleanliness or professionalism of Dr. Naverette. He is very nice and cares about his patients but his staff needs to be on that same level. Not once, but 3 times have his staff told us that our insurance would cover a dental procedure fully and then a couple of days later we receive a bill from their office with some out ranges amount. Before we even come in we ask if our insurance will cover the procedure or how much it will cost us out of pocket, and for them to say it will be fully covered, and then bill us is ridiculous and unkind. If we had known that then we wouldn't have gotten the procedure done. Overall it's just disrespectful and untrustworthy of them. They're not clear on prices, and when you ask them how much a procedure is they say "well I just don't know until it's done". If you don't want to have a mystery bill or are looking for an estimate this is not the place to go. read more

I came to Olive Tree Dental for a second opinion on a root canal and I am so glad I found Dr. Navarrete and his whole office team. Lisa, the receptionist, is one of those people you like instantly. She was kind, funny, and gracious that she even offered to keep on eye on my boy while I spoke with the doctor. On top of the hospitality, the consultation was free and -- a bonus in my eyes -- the bathroom was clean. It was not a storage room for boxes and other stuff. After Dr. Navarrete examined my mouth and asked questions about my tooth, he suggested there was no need for a root canal and gave me other options, which I had no idea that they even existed!! He was professional and kind. On the day of the procedure I was nervous (because I am extremely sensitive in my mouth) but the doctor was super kind and gentle and caring. He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable. Quick story, in the middle of the procedure, I needed to cough so bad! So I let the doctor know. He stopped, lifted my seat back into position and let me have at it. He was gracious about stopping him mid work. Simple story yet a courteous manner was shown. I never felt a-hurry-up-I-have-other-things-to-do attitude. Final thoughts: I came from a dentist office that treated me and everyone else in that waiting room like a number. This was most definitely not the case with Dr. Navarrete and the staff. read more
