Bottom line: they're the best. Derrick showed up on time and fully equipped to get to work, and he had my three central AC units (poorly installed by someone else) up and running in record time, at a fair price, despite it being the first hot spell of the summer season. Derrick walked me through the process, gave me repair/replace options and an estimated cost, and then got right to it. Polite, professional and thorough, it was a real (and rare) pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade inside and out and takes pride in a job well done. I was able to schedule with Climate Helpp last minute, they were very responsive and flexible, and gave me a very fair price. Since the building has strict insurance requirements I was not able to schedule any other vendor off yelp. My building Super then recommended Precise HVAC and Jerome.
