They do have a 10-day warranty, so I went back and got them redone for free, which I appreciated. That said, during the redo, three of my cuticles were cut badly enough to bleed, and even a few days later the redness and scabbing kind of take away from the overall look. My eyebrows also ended up slightly uneven, which I didn't notice until I got home and had to fix myself. Overall, there were definitely some positives, but with so many other salons around, I probably wouldn't come back based on this experience.

Each station has a massager chair for extra relaxation and guests are offered a cold soda or water at the beginning of their appointment. Over the past year that I have been coming, I can tell that there are a lot of regular customers which is great to see.
