This was my first visit, and I had shellac done two days ago. The technician blamed the issue on me for "scratching my nose" instead of keeping my hand under the light, which was both rude and inaccurate, as the problem occurred on both hands--not just the one I briefly moved. Even after the redo, the polish did not cure properly. Less than 48 hours later, the nails are still malleable and the top layer of polish is already flaking off. Although I could return to request a redo, their website notes that refunds are not offered--only corrections within a limited timeframe. Given the experience, I do not feel comfortable returning or spending additional time on a service that should have been done correctly the first time.

I made my appointment online for dip, but since I was getting tips added, she recommended opting for acrylic instead so it'd look more natural/less bulky and I was convinced. She was quick but also detailed. I did notice the tiniest gap of color near my cuticles and some gaps on the side edge of my nails but honestly nothing super noticeable and if I cared enough I'd bring it up but I was fine with it. The interior looked clean and spacious with a pastel pink aesthetic. They also offered a drink. I would definitely go back!
