When I asked to see the colors , I was brought just a few. When I asked to see more, I was told a lot of the colors are 'bad polish' I just wanted a light pink and that just was not available. The pedicure itself was good. She did a nice job and was very friendly. However, I ended up spending full price ($70 after tip) for what really was a discount experience. I truly would not have left such a tough review if the price came out to be what it was worth which in my opinion is about $45-$50.

The technician blamed the issue on me for "scratching my nose" instead of keeping my hand under the light, which was both rude and inaccurate, as the problem occurred on both hands--not just the one I briefly moved. Even after the redo, the polish did not cure properly. Less than 48 hours later, the nails are still malleable and the top layer of polish is already flaking off. Although I could return to request a redo, their website notes that refunds are not offered--only corrections within a limited timeframe. Given the experience, I do not feel comfortable returning or spending additional time on a service that should have been done correctly the first time.
