The fragrance making class was an awesome date night experience for my girlfriend and I's anniversary. Bella was super knowledgeable about all the different scents which made the whole process a lot easier to go through. She gave us the perfect ratios of each scent oil and also good suggestions on which ones paired well together. The whole environment is very inviting and relaxing and it almost felt like we were just hanging out with a friend while we made our fragrances. I was honestly a bit scared that I wouldn't be a fan of any scents and not be able to make something I wanted but that flew right out of the door immediately. There's a huge variety of woody, sweet, oriental and floral scents which give great options for anyone regardless of their taste in colognes or perfumes. I would 100% do this again or try the candle making class and without a doubt got my money's worth and then some. read more

I'm so glad I found Thee Candle Lab! I wanted to create my own scent because I was tired of the same old fragrances. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the coolest person; Bella! She was super knowledgeable and patient with me since this was my first DIY workshop. I told her I wanted a scent that captured nature, the ocean, and a touch of warmth, and she helped me find the perfect blend. I went with a light grey vessel and sky blue wax, and it smells exactly how I imagined. I named it "Blue Timber." Thank you, Bella, for your awesome guidance and amazing service! Stumbled upon this place for a team building/bonding activity with my group of educators. This location just opened this past weekend and I could not have been happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and was told how the process would go and what it entailed. From getting your own lab coat to act as a scientist (such a cute idea), to choosing the jar your candle will be placed in, to smelling an assortment of scents to match your personality, to choosing the color of the candle you'd like. I mean, this place has it all! The owners Amy and Bella were truly exceptional and made the entire experience amazing! The studio itself was clean and well maintained. Great space for a group outing for a nice and relaxing time. They also go bridal showers, baby showers, etc. I definitely recommend this place! read more

This was my first time making candles and it was such a fun experience! Cass was amazing, super knowledgeable and made everything feel easy and approachable. Then you smell different scents based on your preferred scents. Then you start combining scents till you make your custom fragrance! Once you get your perfect scent they bottle up and you get to name your fragrance. They keep you fragrance on file and you can get it another one anytime. You have to wait 1 week before use. Highly recommend for date night or activity with friends or family! Such a fun experience! And honestly the prices isn't bad for what you get and the experience. You pay way more for perfume at the department store sometimes.

I took the first of a new type of class and way of painting. The studio lighting was low with candles on the stations next to our easels. The class was a contemporary painting that included new to me techniques and was inspired with a guided meditation. First we traced "Sacred Geometry" or a flower of life on the blank canvas for healing and transformation. Then a base color for grounding and next a guided meditation (my mom came through) then we to painted blind folded. It was a great experience. Timree is a genius and intentional without being stuffy or strict. I'm a long term paint club member it's great value and this class was priceless for me.

No need to purchase anything unless you want to upgrade your game. - I've only taken classes with Emma and Tim (who are both stellar instructors), but I heard everyone else is great too. - As long as you provide a 48 hour notice, you can switch your class to another day of the week. - There's always parking available! - You can purchase tools and materials directly from the shop and pick it up on the shelf the next time you come in. Overall, this place is 10/10. The only "downside" is that it's a cone 10 reduction studio, but to some it might not matter!

We just made matching bands and I think of pretty difficult but she helped us through every step, and polished and sanded through both of the rings and perfected it for us. I was able to add my own decor and it comfortably fit my party of 36 ppl. They have all of the amenities we needed including a fridge, microwave, hot water, bathroom and large sink.
