    Sara and her team were outstanding! Sara met me early on to view the venue, and was in frequent contact with me throughout the planning process to make sure we arranged everything we wanted just perfectly. Her team helped pick up the food, arrange our vendors, order the supplies we wanted and set up/clean up to perfection. Thank you, Sara, for making my daughter's 16th birthday exceed even her expectations! It was wonderful and worthy of ten stars.

    Absolutely Stunning So I decided to do the small picnic option for my bridesmaids proposal and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing and worth every penny.     Hired Table and Eve for a beach picnic for 60 people and they hit it out of the park! My guests were so impressed with the beautiful picnic and it was perfect for the setting. So many people stopped by to compliment the setup and ask about it. Gorgeous setup, professional and prompt, and a team of super helpful staff that were efficient and had such attention to detail. So grateful that they were flexible with our changing dates and locations and number of guests. Highly recommended!!!!

    Table and Eve is amazing!! They did my sister's surprise bridal shower and she was blown away! Below are the many reasons why Sara (owner of Table and Eve) and the folks at Table and Eve are amazing: +Sara was super responsive with me even months before the event. She answered all my questions and was super patient even though I was probably spamming her :p. She also was quick to reply and when I told her I get anxious about crowded parking and locations, she suggested L street which was definitely not as hectic just like she said! She also gracefully refunded part of our deposit when one of our guests unexpectedly said she could not make it. I really appreciated Sara's understanding nature! +the themes to choose from are beautiful! I think I chose the Bali style but wanted some light pinks incorporated in and Sara was able to make it work! She will work with you if you want something custom or hybrid from all the themes provided +on the day of the event, staff who set up our venue kept me updated from before their setup, helped me with parking updates, and gave us a heads up notice before coming to take down the setup. Everyone was very friendly and responsive I will use Table and Eve again in the future! Please see my sister's beautiful reaction to the gorgeous setup!

    Katie was Wonderful!! It was my daughter's Sweet 16th birthday and we decided to celebrate it at the beach for about 10 of her friends. Being clueless how to organize a BOHO theme beach party. Luckily we found Table & Eve and Katie returned my call quickly. She was on top of it and walked me through everything step by step. Everything turned out WAY better than what I expected. Megan, who handled the set up, did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Words can't explain how happy she made me and especially my daughter and her friends. See photos attached.     I said YES ! And in the BEST way ! My fiancé proposed to me with the help and eloquent touch of table and eve. Everything was absolutely perfect! The picnic setting was gorgeous boho beach themed, there was a beautiful flower arrangement which we got to keep. A cute note on a easel chalkboard, and how can i forget a a super sweet marry me sign right in front of the picnic table with rose petals surrounding it. The unique touch was allowing my bubs to play a song of his liking to set off the romantic vibes. If you're even considering something like this, i would say absolutely go for it. Curtis was professional, the photographer was a peach and i just couldn't be happier. (Ps the food is fantastic And just an added bonus!)

    I love this company! I hired them to do a picnic for my cousin's engagement celebration and they gave us the most beautiful set up! They even helped identify a location for us to have it. The attention to detail, the professionalism, and the overall aesthetic created such a unique and memorable experience for us. People were walking by and taking pictures and asking us about the company because of how beautiful it was. The owner Sara is incredible. She's experienced with event set up and she's extremely talented. She'll help you decide where to host, and depending on what you're looking to do at the picnic (celebrate an occasion, conduct a proposal, do a nice brunch/dinner, etc) she'll advise you on what materials you might need. You can bring your own food or they can set up catering for you. Even if you decide to bring your own, Table & Eve can provide you with serving ware and utensils. We chose to bring our own good and they gave us the most beautiful looking disposable utensils I've ever seen. If you're looking for something unique and picturesque, look no further than Table & Eve!

    Sara is gem, her and her team made my proposal perfect. I'm not good with details for these types of things, so having her just do what she does made it very easy.     The bridal party hosted an afternoon-tea style bridal shower for the bride to be but instead we made it a Chinese version with Dim Sum. So we wanted to mostly DIY some of the details and didn't want full rental packages that many vendors offered. Table and Eve was able to cater to our rental needs with their a la carte rentals. Sara made pick up and drop off seamless. If you're looking to spice up your party, Table and Eve has you covered with all their different styles of decor.

    We had Table and Eve set up a beautiful setting on Sunday for 2 birthdays. We are from out of town and it was great that they handled everything for us. We were setup in Laguna Beach park over looking the ocean and it was perfect. We will call them again for our next celebration!

    We recently hired Table and Eve for our daughter's 15th birthday party to include 14 teenagers. My daughter's vision was a pink dinner picnic in our backyard with a swim party after dinner. Sara and her team were awesome! Sara came to our house to speak with us and take pictures of our backyard. She was patient with my daughter and answered all questions we had. Sara was in contact with me and my daughter several times prior to the event, confirming colors and details. Sara's staff was on time and very friendly when they came to decorate the day of the event and they removed everything promptly on time. The decorations were lovely! Exactly what my daughter wanted! Every year we go "all out" for my daughter's birthday. This year, my daughter said this was her best birthday yet! Thanks, Sara! We will definitely be back in touch for our next event!

Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. I booked Adina I believe in 2018 and she is not only professional but she is sweet, humble, and genuine. She worked with us every step and hurdle the pandemic caused. Meaning canceled venues, pushed wedding dates, special requests and even changed wedding design. I can't relay enough of my gratitude to her and her team. When the day of happened all that I dreamed of came to life. She worked with our budget and was realistic with us on what was worth getting to achieve the look and experience we wanted on our special day. All of our guests not only loved the venue, which is one of the exclusive venues of Event Loft, but they said the food and staff were impeccable. We have guests that continue to tell us that the venue was a gem to find and that everything was well scheduled. We booked everything with Event loft, except for the DJ and sofreh designer. She was very kind to the other vendors and helped them when needed. We have the most memorable photos, video and the flowers were beautiful and excellent quality.     We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

Every event is so personalized and special, it has helped us through monumental milestones of family transition, deployment, etc. They have something nice for the parents as well so that they can also enjoy the experience like champagne, lattes, and a lovely seating area. My son Wilder also really enjoyed being a pirate and finding treasure and has joined Ariel for the Elsa and Anna event last year as Olaf, also enjoying the fondu and fun activities the kids were there to enjoy. These experiences are so wonderful because even an hour makes such a big difference to their lives and we don't have to schlep around giant parking lots or worry about extra expenses and lines like at Disney. They just feel special and get the greatest experience for a lot less expenses and hassle. The location by the beach with the nicest folks also makes it great. Sometimes we walk around after or take the ferry and have ice cream. The park across the street is inviting as well.
