I thought this would be a good place to add to Mojave dance menu as primos and the people are rude when you call in if they don't line their job then they need to find a new one. I have choices of where to eat and if this attitude keeps up I won't go there again and there prices are way too high come in we live in Mojave not Lancaster read more

Got a chicken club sandwich here before ur was great then came the other day one area was completely sucking wet as if they spit on it, chicken burrito had a lot of little pieces of charred burned pieces, both items I couldn't eat, apparently they hate their job and people, never coming here again And the ranch tasted nasty possibly spoiled read more

We tried The Workz for the first time last night. The food was great and the portions were huge. The staff was professional and the service was timely. We will be back. read more

we absolutely loved the food and the service was incredible as well. very patient with foreigners as well. lovely establishment.

I have only ordered from this restaurant twice. Being disabled, I used Doordash for delivery both times. Not the fastest delivery baecause the driver comes from California City. (Not the restaurant's fault.) The first order placed was for Carne Asada Fries and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich Combo. Little pricier than other local fair, but a decent amount of food. Fries tasted a little metallic, but not enough to keep from ordering again. Based on my first order, I ordered the same thing again about three days ago. Over an hour and a half later, the Doordash app informed me that the driver had arrived at the restaurant. (Again, not the restaurant's fault.) Then Doordash calls me and tells me that the restaurant had cancelled the order. (This is the restaurant's fault.) No other explanation. Now my night is ruined because it is later than I normally eat and I have nothing planned or pepared. To top it all off, I need to wait a week to get my money paced back in my card account for the food I never received. (Not really the restaurant's fault, except for not filling my order.) I know that my situation is unique, but I feel that we should let people know when a business fails to deliver on their commitments. Since I don't know why The Workz cancelled my order, I don't plan on ever ordering from them again. read more

The food is very good but they should update their menu prices on their website. Everything is more expensive than posted

We got 92.00 worth of food last Saturday thru Door Dash. It went very smooth. The food is awesome. Big portions. My husband wasn't very impressed with the ham egg & cheese sandwich. But the assada fries were good. My denver omelet was fabulous. We also got 2 burgers that were really good too. Door Dash took about 45 min to get to us. But we live out on dirt roads. I will definitely go back to this place for food!! read more

I'm from from Lancaster so was excited when I saw Mojave was getting the Workz. Very disappointed. Burger was frozen patty. I paid $17 for an upgrade to chili cheese fries. Wasn't half an order maybe 1/4th an order. Will not be coming back. read more

The food was mediocre and the wait was quite long through the drive thru. We ordered the carne asada burrito, the chicken tacos, and the carne asada tacos. All we're very dry with not much flavor. The green salsa was very bland as well. I was hoping it was going to be good but it just didn't hit the mark. For Mexican I would go to Anthony's close by instead. read more

Not sure what the haters are talking about. Food was very fresh, flavorful and portions were phenomenal and reasonably priced. The owner, Julian rolled up his sleeves and pitched in wherever needed. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. read more

This place is awesome! My girlfriend and I took advantage of the buy one cheeseburger, get one free, and they were delicious! This is how burgers are meant to be made. The patties were big and juicy, and the bun was crispy. It's a great value, and being that it's one of the only major fast food places before highway 395, it's a great choice to stop off and get food at. Plus the lady taking our order was friendly. Great dining experience, I definitely recommend this place! read more

I've been waiting for someone to quality fast food to Mojave. Breakfast served all day. 4 egg omelets. A bit pricey, but you get your money's worth. They are new, so mistakes will be made.only gripe, greasy off tasting fries. read more

This place has super good food and a variety so that everyone in the family leaves happy. Food is homemade, fresh, and prices are great. Even the horchata and salsas are homemade The owner is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure his guests are happy. This is going to be our new place to visit any time we are in Mojave or passing through. read more

I walked out even after I had ordered and paid for it I took a sit and waited. Bad service and to much noise inside and even outside was next to the road with big trucks going by. Inside there is nothing to stop the noise it is like talking inside of a tin can I will never go back. read more

Had my first bacon breakfast burrito there today - I will say that it was quite good. The tortilla was slightly grilled, the bacon was crisp and not undercooked (which I find is a problem with many breakfast burritos from other establisments, apparently the bacon you don't see, doesnt need cooked). While the burrito was generous enough to be filling it was not oversized (meaning it was stuffed with 75% hashbrowns). A good symetry of all ingredients made it very enjoyable. I do recommend it if looking for a good breakfast alternative. read more

Never again guys! My first visit a couple of weeks ago was great. There were no customers inside or in the drive thru, so I pulled in and placed an order, and everything was freshly made and tasted great, except that they gave me six containers of Ranch dressing, no ketchup for my fries or anything else for my onion rings or chicken tenders. Today, they had about five customers ahead of me, but the line moved quickly, however the service and food were less than McDonald's quality at 3 times the price! The small and dry chicken wings were swimming in a pool of sauce which leaked everywhere including on my pants and in my car, the fries tasted like someone microwaved frozen fries, the tenders were dry and stale, and I ordered an ice-cream Sundae at $6 they gave me a cup of Vanilla ice cream, no toppings or anything, just a cup of partially melted ice cream! I even asked about the Sundae and they said yep that's it, really! Oh yeah and they loaded me up with Ranch dressing again without asking what I would like and no ketchup either. So I asked if they have another sauce option, and it turns out they do have other sauce options, but they won't offer it, they just hope you take the Ranch and leave. Never coming back, and I felt that I had to give everyone in town a fair warning. There's a reason there's no crowd at this place, no one comes back, no repeat customers, just many disappointed people! read more

This is a review of The Workz in Mojave. I originally stopped there to buy an Ortega Burger as they are listed on their website. But this branch did not have it on the menu. Instead, I ordered the double cheeseburger without cheese. No fries and no soda. After I sat down to wait for my order, the next person in line mentioned the buy one get one free burger on the billboard. That if you buy one double cheeseburger you get another burger free. Even though I wouldn't have wanted another burger I was thinking that a professional employee would tell me about the deal and offer it if i wanted it. Then I heard the customer ask for the double cheeseburger meal with a free burger. She told him "no, you can't get a free burger with a meal, it's only if you order the sandwich." He replied "well that doesn't make sense to me, just get me a burger and the free burger then." And I agree with him. Why would you not want your customer to buy the whole meal? Is the management that dumb? Now here is my review of the food. The patties are tasteless. They should have seasoning on them to make them taste like something. The lettuce was wilted and I threw the lettuce away. My daughter ordered the mushroom burger and after eating half of it she said she said there was something gross in it that she bit into that tasted like gristle and tossed the rest away. (PS-Mushroom Burgers with swiss cheese should not have thousand Island dressing. Better restaurants have common sense and know that thousand island dressing isn't a magic sauce for every burger. I guess my 30 years as a chef has taught me that.) The fries are good, and they have good size patties. But this branch, which has only been open a few months, obviously has poor management to have low quality burgers like this. The Workz in Lancaster has better food and service. Go there instead. read more

huge portions! delicious food. best food in all of mojave! fried chicken sandwich is to die for. lovely!
