My recent experiences with the paint department have been mediocre at best. They are extremely slow…read moreand obviously under staffed. I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

I wanted a quick turnaround to have the master bedroom carpeted first, and then the entire upstairs after that. After getting the runaround and rude sales people (or no response) from some bigger name companies, I contacted Carpet World. Jack helped us decide on the best carpet for our price point and time frame. He came out the SAME DAY to measure and provide a quote. The installers for both jobs were very professional and efficient and the work they did looks perfect! I highly recommend Carpet World.

We had interviewed a few other firms that were basically acting as "Yes Men" just replying in the affirmative for any suggestions that we made. That is not what we wanted. We are not kitchen designers and don't necessarily know what works well together. We asked Jackie to be honest with us and we are glad that we did. Her suggestions were spot on and resulted in a spectacular remodel. The work done by GSC was great with solid attention to detail. All of the subs (plumbing, granite, drywall) were all excellent as well. All very nice and respectful. No issues with their work and we felt very comfortable with them in our house. We highly recommend GSC if you are thinking of building or updating your kitchen.

Sue is fantastic! She was sensitive to our budget and recommended lovely, affordable options that did not compromise the design. Speaking of design, Kathleen designed a kitchen that is breathtaking and practical. Pete managed the project really well and had subcontractors beginning their phase of the job on Friday afternoon so the project stayed on time. Dave's craftsmanship was superb. We look forward to working with Granite State Cabinetry in the future for 2 bathroom remodels!

I reminded him that as true as that is, quality installation does exist and unfortunately it is not found consistently at Ripano. I attached pictures. My advice, find a company that prides themselves on quality work as well as customer service. Unfortunately it is not Ripano
