They have not. As I walked into their store, there was one salesclerk and a customer. I browsed around the store for a few minutes and the clerk never acknowledged my presence. She continued speaking with the customer, which I realized was someone she new personally as they were talking about a wedding and someone wanted a new floor that they both new. I did not expect her to stop waiting on this person, but I did expect a greeting or "Hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes." Nothing! She didn't even look at me. Within a day of contacting Dustin, he responded back to my inquiry and within a week he had visited my home and provided me a quote. I hired Dustin to refinish existing hardwood (3 rooms) and also to install new hardwood (1 room).
