Karen and her teams are wonderful they are very down to earth and friendly. I have a straight foward home that's very organized. They always spend the same amount of time and I always pay the same amount (unless I've had a company party) but price is still amazing. They are always on time! They go above and beyond, I usually keep it tidy but I do have children and if I forget to pick up toys they will put it in their spot for me even though it's not their responsibility to :-) I do work a full time job and have a crazy schedule but I love coming home after Karen's cleaning to a clean home that smells amazing! I would absolutely stay clear of this cleaning company. If you do decide to use them, do NOT just leave them alone in your house and expect them to be honest about the amount of time they were cleaning and how much you owe. I was home while they cleaned a few times and they "messed up" the math just about every time. I am certain that all of the "big houses" they claim to clean regularly have no idea they are getting ripped off. It is based on a "labor hour" system because there is a team. It's faster that way, but you don't get a set price and they WILL cheat you if you don't pay very close attention. I wish I didn't have to write this, Karen and the people on her team are very nice, but it's true and I don't want to see anyone else get over charged. read more

Do not recommend. Homeowners beware. They don't show up when scheduled, they don't clean windows or blinds, or walls, or cobwebs and they don't do contracts so you have no clue what your final bill will be. When we emailed Karen's cleaning regarding our experience, sadly there no concern on the owner's end of having an unhappy customer. In short, poor scheduling, very shoddy work and if you do have a momentary lapse in judgement and use them, get a contract because you'll get ripped off and still have a dirty house that will need to be cleaned by a professional service to make up for the hack job Karen's cleaning service leave you with. read more

She even emails me the weekend before she comes to confirm and always asks if there is anything I'd like her to focus on. My house sparkles after each cleaning. We've been using Karen's cleaning for 2 years. Karen herself manages the teams and ensures the quality stays high and consistent. She is attentive to details and helps us out when we need extra stuff done. When we need supplies she just brings them and passes through the costs onto us from the local stores (this may be why the other reviewer is upset). Karen also keeps a schedule and let's us know months in advance of holiday conflicts and works with us to ensure our house is regularly cleaned on a schedule. Karen is a cleaning dynamo and she comes with a thick stack of stellar references on paper to back up her work. She actually moved things to clean under furniture, throw rugs, etc., and scrubbed trim and woodwork that others hadn't touched in years! I was very happy, and she will not nickel-and-dime you with "add-on" services that the others do--with things they should be doing in the first place. Her rates are fair, industry standard for a professional working in the biz (hire a teen for $10 an hour and you're going to get a job half done; and same for employees if cleaning services making minimum wage--how seriously do you think they'll take the work?), and she has been doing it for years. I also wouldn't trust anyone else to be left alone in my house but Karen. She gets my highest recommendation. read more

Karen and her crew have been cleaning my home for several years now and I have been most pleased with their performance: The girls arrive promptly and deal effectively with mounds of dog hair. Karen confirms the date and time of each cleaning appointment in advance and is able to clean whether we are at home or away, and she is always willing and able to schedule that extra cleaning project.
