They were very quick with their quote and that is exactly what they charged even though the crew foreman explained the details of their cleaning solution and details. The expert crew (they knew their power washer could generate more pressure and heat than our house could handle) followed my instructions to avoid our freshly stained deck and porch while making sure the siding and all our trim and facia boards got the cleaning needed. We had to call them back to clean up the front of the house and the shutters. They came right away and took a bunch of pics because we complained of damage to our hanging flowers to boot. It reeked of bleach which made my eyes burn all that day and most of the next. Don't expect them to offer to make things right either. If the residue wasn't so glaringly obvious I doubt if they would have bothered rinsing it off. $400 down the drain. I would not recommend them. This was the first and last time I would use them. Look for businesses listed with the BBB. Going back to Granite State. Obviously I wasn't the one that scheduled the cleaning otherwise Granite State would have gotten our money and it would have been a job well done!! read more

Blue Sky power washed the exterior of our vinyl-sided house. The main reason we did this was to remove the mildew on the side of our house, but the results exceeded our expectations. The white trim looked like new; even the gray siding looked vibrant. Pat was very courteous, and made certain our landscaping etc. was unharmed. While the cleaning results were good, damage was sustained and it has been impossible to get it addressed. They claim they're insured yet, instead of simply putting me in touch with the insurance company it's been nothing but delay tactics to even address it. Still waiting for a simple phone call to just schedule someone to come out and look at the damage. I emailed photos the day it occurred. I'd rather work with a company that takes immediate responsibility for any mistakes. They happen, just take responsibility and fix them. This is extremely poor.
