I would generally try to inspect the house prior to the next renter coming in if I had time. They failed to perform work they billed for, which led to mold growth, and it took another month for them to return and fix their mistake. Over a year later, they are now demanding payment without providing an invoice for insurance or me to review (neither an Xactimate or TradePro estimate for $10K of work), while threatening interest charges and property liens. Despite advertising that they work with insurance companies, they refused to coordinate with mine. Very frustrating, lengthy and unprofessional experience. I'll post again if this is ever resolved! Please note the workers were helpful and respectful of me and my property, the billing and project management process are just horrible.

Mom's large china hutch was moved out of the house by movers for fear of breaking it. Eleven months later, it was delivered back to us - and it had not been cleaned! It was still black from soot! We went around testing the other furniture and while the flat surfaces were cleaned, none of the "nooks & crannies" were touched - still black from soot.
