For the last part of the walls affected by mold, Tim sent Angel. We were worried that part of the moldy wall which was behind the AC unit wouldn't be accessible and we would have to incur thousands of dollars to have an HVAC company come out to move it, but Angel was able to take care of that portion of the wall without having to call out a HVAC crew!! They failed to perform work they billed for, which led to mold growth, and it took another month for them to return and fix their mistake. Over a year later, they are now demanding payment without providing an invoice for insurance or me to review (neither an Xactimate or TradePro estimate for $10K of work), while threatening interest charges and property liens. Despite advertising that they work with insurance companies, they refused to coordinate with mine. Very frustrating, lengthy and unprofessional experience. I'll post again if this is ever resolved! Please note the workers were helpful and respectful of me and my property, the billing and project management process are just horrible.
