They have a large selection of carpeting with experienced salespeople who can assist in selection by assessing your needs. I originally went in to look at hardwood (which they also sell) but my budget took me to carpet and I couldn't be happier with our selection. The pricing is reasonable, they have a wide range of pricing options, and they often have 12 month (or higher) financing available through a 0% credit card promotion. A recent promotion for 18 month financing prompted me to jump at my second room. The installers have been excellent in both circumstances. Very friendly, courteous and professional. They represent the company positively, performed the install with great care, and cleaned everything VERY well. They made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I feel that a company can be reasonably judged on how they handle conflict and I feel that Dean's does the right thing for their customers from my recent experience. I got an e-mail and mailer about a memorial day sale so drove an hour to get there and they were closed on the days of the sale. When I called after, Russell informed me of a miscommunication from corporate (they didn't know the sale was being advertised) and honored the pricing and financing rate for me. Betsy, Kate, and Samantha at all of our differing visits to your store put down flooring samples for us (and our daughter and son-in-law) to assist us in our choices, and took the time and effort to find matching samples of cabinetry and existing abutting floors that were already in our new-to-be home. (Try getting that service at the big box stores...you can't even find a person to help you at those places!). Kate, Betsy, and Samantha were all more than extremely helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. Each took their time with us and all were more than pleasant. Mike installed laminate flooring throughout the first floor and tiled our bathroom. When we returned, everything was in its place and the house was spotless. Mike also went to great lengths to keep us posted and helped resolve an issue with a leaking fridge. It is nice to have someone local that is trustworthy and does really great work. The finish work with the kitchen kickboards and all the trim was exceptional. Mike kept us posted throughout the job and was responsive to our calls. I absolutely would hire Mike again!!

He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome.
