In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.

Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

They would not take back any of it and would not refund my money. I had to order new transoms from Pelham lumber who were great. They measures correctly and ordered all same color. Tacking on an additional $300. He gave no reason for the up charge. It was a bait and switch. Recently I had a professional crew come in and do some unrelated work. They said, "Who did the flooring?​ They didn't remove the base boards or add any basing. They stuck the flooring directly to the concrete. Wow..." I told them nothing about the floor. That was their genuine reaction. I wouldn't recommend Sully's Carpets.
