Tacking on an additional $300. He gave no reason for the up charge. It was a bait and switch. Recently I had a professional crew come in and do some unrelated work. They said, "Who did the flooring? They didn't remove the base boards or add any basing. They stuck the flooring directly to the concrete. Wow..." I told them nothing about the floor. That was their genuine reaction. I wouldn't recommend Sully's Carpets.

It was not easy finding a runner I was able to take samples home and after 4 trips to the store we were able to make a decision on a runner. The istallation.was easy and the quote was unbelievable. Its was a lower price then other stores. The price of the carpet was unheard of. I was calling for estimates to other stores and it was a lot less then I got quoted with great installation. When the installer showed to go over the job and recommendations we found out our stairs were 2 different sizes. He had a face mask for protection for the estimate and installation. This is showing how serious this company is taking this epidemic. Wr look forward to working with K C Carpets in the future.

I ended up tearing it out and throwing the carpet and pad away. I painted the floor with Kiltz Max. Then spoke to Lenni at Arlington Floor Covering. I went to the store and told him my situation. He said he would bring out some samples to my house. He was at my house a few hours later with an arm full of samples. We picked a close match to the original carpet. He was very attentive and kept in contact until the carpet was installed. The new carpet installation was good, the usual dings and scratches when they moved the carpet in. They had to glue two sections together but overall the carpet looks and feel great and the smell is gone. The price was fair too.
