I would say POOR, POOR POOR customer service!!!! I could of been a 20k + job but Charlene was to worried about her lunch and basically sent me away and was not at all helpful!!! I had questions and she didn't even bother to sit with me, I had to ask to see some granite and she gave not one bit of information! After walking out of the slab area I thought she would sit with me and go over some things about the next steps in Granite counters NOPE she let me get in my car, I was beside myself!!! My advice to Phil & Dee is hire people that care about your business! I could of done a better job! This was 2 homes I was looking to redo counters $$$$ loss!!! read more

We had our quartz countertops installed this week. To say we are thrilled with them is an understatement! They are beautiful! We were blown away with the customer service and this company as a whole! Freddy was awesome, the women in the office were great, and the installers and templaters were amazing! Everything went so smooth and a week from template to install was unheard of! I have worked with the Keystone team for a number of years as a builder and in my own home. Keystone recently completed a 12 unit building for me including kitchens, islands, and vanity tops along with custom work to meet ADA requirements in both the kitchens and bathrooms. Multiple positive comments from architects, inspectors and owners representatives....which is unusual for these folks! They also do my simpler kitchens and baths. Just got my countertops installed today. From start to finish an A+ experience. We dealt with Stephanie who was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the various stones/options. We took her advice and quote and left. We checked one place in Londonderry that was much more expensive and another in Merrimack and never received the promised quote or information. We went to Boston Granite Supply (w Stephanie's recommendation, the woman in Merrimack discouraged this) and picked out stones. I gave them the stone information and had quotes on all within 1 hour. Matt came and did our templates, pleasant and prompt and worked efficiently then 1 week later (today) John and his colleague came and installed them. I'm not home but the pics and my wives reaction idicates things are good. read more

Went here to pick out granite or quartz for our bathroom counter tops. Asked if we could have some pricing on Quartz. Called them back with measurements. Called again a day later. Said they were working on it still. Gave my Email still no response. Two more days went by. Came to the conclusion they weren't interested. My husband and I went to Home Depot. waited on immediately had both bathrooms priced out. Customer service was exceptional she worked with us as if it was her bathrooms she was doing over not ours. read more

She was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! I now have my dream kitchen! Key Stone Carving you NEED to hire BETTER INSTALLERS!!! Price is good, timing is great (1 week) Template guy was awesome, professional with up to date equipment, so I was impressed and can't wait for an installation. What was WRONG: Granite was unfinished underneath where is exposed and I mention it few times to Stephanie and emailed before installation just to make sure it would be smooth, they DID NOT even touch it! Rough! -Installers arrived on time but I sent them away to finish underneath part and they came back within an hour with somewhat finished granite... -Pieces were cut perfectly but installers (2 young men) were not professional enough to properly fit pieces and made unnecessary adjustments (cuts) just to fill it later with calk... -Seams are AWEFUL! granite pieces were uneven and I had to fight for each seam to be polished! and somewhat look close in thickness in that place. - Installers even called the office and complained I ask too much!!! Really? -I CAN NOT recommend this company due to their installers, unless they have different, more experienced team of installers. read more
